Tsun Yin Wong

Tsun Yin Wong pushed preflop with 53 into the A6 of Gursimran Brar for 375,000 and flopped trips on the 1033A9 board to double.

Shortly after, Wong was in the small blind and jammed once again to get called by Brar for a rematch of their duel.

Tsun Yin Wong: AQ All in
Gursimran Brar: J10

The 1076 flop improved Brar to a pair of tens, and he then made a flush thanks to the 6 turn and 8 river. Wong had started the day with the most chips but had to settle for seventh place.

The A turn and 7 river confirmed the massive double of Han for 1,765,000 to leave the player from Hong Kong very short.

After going through the blinds, Patrick Clarke was on the button and jammed for only 430,000. Tsun Yin Wong in the small blind asked for a count and called, Gursimran Brar in the big blind used a time bank and folded.

Patrick Clarke: A7 All in
Tsun Yin Wong: QQ

"Queen jack suited," Brar said and Clarke replied "good, that means there are more aces in the deck".

Sure enough, one ace came right away on the A32 flop. The 10 turn secured the double for Clark to make the 9 river a formality.

Ronn Mesina then opened to 120,000 and folded when Clarke jammed for 980,000.

Hyunsik Nam
Hyunsik Nam

Ivan Dela Cruz raised to 125,000 and Gursimran Brar called. Hyunsik Nam then pushed all-in and they pulled in the initial raise to determine how much more the shove was. That happened to be for 575,000 and Dela Cruz called. Brar then moved all-in over the top and Dela Cruz ended up folding with one third of his stack already invested.

Hyunsik Nam: AQ All in
Gursimran Brar: AQ

The 643 flop brought everyone on their feet as Nam had picked up the flush draw for a possible triple up. Nothing changed on the 5 turn and the Q river ensured the split pot.

What Is Happening Here?

Level 35 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Tsun Yin Wong opened the button to 500,000 for almost half of his stack by moving forward an entire stack of T-25,000 chips. Ivan Dela Cruz then declared all-in from the small blind and Patrick Clarke in the big blind folded.

Han leaned back into his chair and sighed while looking at his cards held up out in front. He asked for a count and it was for another 480,000 on top, which he ended up folding to.

Soon after that, Tsun Yin Wong raised to 100,000 on the button and Gursimran Brar three-bet to 350,000 in the small blind. Wong almost instantly declared all-in and Brar jumped out of his chair to ask for a count.

The three-bet shove by the distinct second in chips was for 2,515,000 in total and Brar eventually folded, slamming his JJ on the felt.

"What are you doing brother ... good fold, man," Wong said as Brar had walked away to get some fresh air while he flashed his Q to the rest of the table.
