Dennis Weiss made a pot-sized raise of 550,000 in the cutoff. Josh Arieh called in the small blind, and Frederic Normand did so in the big blind.
Arieh then promptly led out for 600,000 on the 10♥3♠3♦ flop. Normand quickly folded, and Weiss' cards hit the muck after a minute of thought.
"Nice hand, sir," Weiss said to Arieh as he was shipped the chips in the middle.
Frederic Normand potted to 550,000 on the button before Rocky Paradise repotted to 1,800,000 from the small blind, and Normand called.
On the A♠7♥2♠ flop, Paradise jammed for his remaining 2,025,000, and Normand called to put him at risk.

Paradise flopped top and bottom pair while Normand had a low draw with a wheel gutter and a flush draw.
The 9♠ turn completed Normand's flush, and Paradise could not find a full house on the 10♦ river, and he was eliminated in 6th.
Michael Rodrigues limped from the hijack, Josh Arieh completed in the small blind, and Frederic Normand checked his option in the big blind.
On the 8♣5♣4♠ flop, it checked to Rodrigues who bet 375,000 and only Normand called.
Normand checked again on the 6♥ turn as Rodrigues potted it for 1,350,000. Normand took some time before he called.
The river brought the 2♥, counterfeiting previous nut lows. Normand then led all-in for 3,425,000 effective as the covering stack, and Rodrigues folded right away.
Michael Rodrigues raised to 500,000 in the cutoff. Dennis Weiss three-bet to 1,750,000 on the button, which Rodrigues just called.
Rodrigues then pushed his last 700,000 in on the 5♥2♠9♠ flop, receiving a swift call from Weiss.

Neither player made a low on the J♣A♥ runout, and Rodrigues made two pair, aces and deuces, to scoop the pot and double back to his pre-break stack.
Rocky Paradise limped in from the small blind, seeing Michael Rodrigues raise it to 450,000 in the big blind. Paradise then three-bet to 1,420,000 and snap-called when Rodrigues put him all-in for 2,000,000.

Normand thought for a while before he raised to 920,000, forcing Weiss to fold and taking down the pot.
The next hand, Normand limped in from the small blind. Rocky Paradise checked his big blind and called when Normand made the minimum bet of 120,000 on the 6♣2♥A♣ flop.
Normand sized up to 300,000 on the 9♦ turn. Paradise had seen enough and quickly mucked, remaining the short stack at the table.
Frederic Normand potted to 420,000 in the hijack and Michael Rodrigues flatted on the button. In the small blind, Dennis Weiss repotted to 1,800,000. Normand folded, and Rodrigues called after taking some inventory.
