Dzivielevski Scores Yet Another Double-Up

Level 25 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

The next button shove by Yuri Dzivielevski for 1,360,000 resulted in the reshove by Byron Kaverman in the small blind and Daniel Dvoress quickly got out of the way.

Yuri Dzivielevski: {a-Spades}{2-Hearts}
Byron Kaverman: {j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}

Kaverman was in prime shape for the knockout but it was Dzivielevski who got there right away on the {a-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} board to double right back into contention.

Yuri Dzivielevski

Yuri Dzivielevski shoved from the button and Byron Kaverman asked for a count from the small blind. The dealer confirmed Dzivielevski had 890,000 behind. Kaverman three-bet jammed for more for Daniel Dvoress to get out the way immediately.

Yuri Dzivielevski: {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Byron Kaverman: {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades}

The flop came {3-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for Dzivielevkski to pick up the flush, straight, and straight flush draws.

The turn was the {q-Diamonds} indeed for Dzivielevski to secure the double-up as everyone in the room chuckled while the {8-Clubs} completed the board.

Kaverman Scores Unlikely Double Through Dzivielevski

Level 24 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Yuri Dzivielevski raised to 200,000 on the button and Byron Kaverman opted for a three-bet to 1,300,000 out of the small blind. That represented more than half of his remaining stack and it sent Daniel Dvoress into the tank. He used one time bank to then fold, Dzivielevski moved all-in and Kaverman called it off.

Byron Kaverman: {j-Spades}{9-Spades}
Yuri Dzivielevski: {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}

When Kaverman spotted the bad news on the other side of the table, he immediately groaned. The {8-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop provided a straight draw and while it missed on the {a-Diamonds} turn, the {5-Diamonds} river kept Kaverman in contention. His double was for 2,155,000 to create a new chip leader in three-handed play.

Andriy Lyubovetskiy: {q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Yuri Dzivielevski: {8-Diamonds}{4-Spades}

Level 24 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Andras Nemeth
Andras Nemeth

Within two hands, the stack of Andras Nemeth was not only decimated but reduced to zero, as the Hungarian had to settle for fifth place.

Byron Kaverman jammed blind-on-blind for 535,000 to get called by Nemeth in the big blind and that set up the following showdown.

Byron Kaverman: {j-Spades}{4-Clubs}
Andras Nemeth: {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}

The {9-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades}{4-Spades}{q-Clubs} board gave Kaverman trips fours and Nemeth was down to a mere 205,000.

One hand later, Nemeth got it in blind and Daniel Dvoress called without looking at his cards in the big blind.

Andras Nemeth: {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Daniel Dvoress: {10-Spades}{5-Hearts}

Dvoress took the lead on the {9-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop and retained it on the {8-Hearts} turn. The {3-Hearts} river was another blank and Nemeth was sent to the payout desk to collect €138,590 for his fifth place finish.
