More for Gomez Zapatero

Level 26 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

In a single-raised pot in a battle of the blinds, Paul-Adrian Covaciu checked the {k-Clubs}{6-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop and called a bet worth 50,000 by Javier Gomez Zapatero. On the {a-Hearts} turn, Covaciu checked again and Gomez Zapatero bet 250,000 to win the pot.

Gomez Zapatero then made it 100,000 to go on the button for both players in the blinds, Luigi D'Alterio and Antoine Saout, to call.

The flop brought {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{j-Hearts} and it checked to the initial raiser, who bet 85,000 to force two folds.

Benjamin Lebor Eliminated In 13th Place (€62,450)

Level 26 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Benjamin Lebor
Benjamin Lebor

Istvan Pilhofer {q-Spades}{q-Clubs} opened to 90,000 from under the gun. On his left, Benjamin Lebor {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} three-bet to 235,000. Jordan Saccucci {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds} cold four-bet to 675,000 from the small blind.

Pilhofer went into the tank but he somehow found a fold with the queens, the third best hand. Back on Lebor, he only called to head to a flop with kings and aces in play.

The flop came the {q-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}, and Pilhofer looked disgusted that he would have flopped a set of queens. Saccucci led for 900,000 from the small blind. With 2,690,000 in his stack, Lebor went into the tank. Eventually, he moved all in.

To a runout, the ultimate cooler got it all in on the flop. The turn came the {10-Clubs}, giving Labor more hope with a flush draw. The biggest river card of the tournament fell the {7-Spades}, and Labor looked shell-shocked as he watched all of his chips head to the new chip leader Saccucci.
