Dvoress Doubles Through Kisacikoglu

Level 11 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Daniel Dvoress
Daniel Dvoress

Timothy Adams opened to 10,000 in the cutoff and Orpen Kisacikoglu three-bet to 23,000 on the button. Daniel Dvoress four-bet jammed for 100,000 in the small blind and Adams folded while Kisacikoglu called.

Daniel Dvoress: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Orpen Kisacikoglu: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}

Both meshed their cards to show three queens only and there was no help for Dvoress on the {k-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop and {3-Spades}. He grabbed his ace and pushed it closer to the board to then instantly spike the {a-Spades} on the river.

"Oh come on," Kisacikoglu grinned and shipped over four green chips to pay off the double-up.

Three-Bet Pot for Thorel

Level 10 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Orpen Kisacikoglu opened to 9,000 in the cutoff and Jean-Noel Thorel once more three-bet small on the button, making it 20,000 to go. It folded back to Kisacikoglu and he stuck around to then check the {q-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop. Thorel continued for 30,000 and won the pot uncontested.

Mateos Applies Pressure to Kulev

Level 10 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Adrian Mateos opened to 9,000 in early position and was called by Alex Kulev in the hijack and Jean-Noel Thorel in the small blind. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and the action checked to Kulev who bet 8,000. Thorel called and Mateos check-raised to 34,000. Kulev called and Thorel stepped aside.

The turn was the {2-Clubs} and Mateos used a time bank before dishing out a bet of 52,000. Kulev also used one of his time banks and opted to muck his cards.

Thorel Doubles Through Kulev

Level 10 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Jean-Noel Thorel
Jean-Noel Thorel

Alex Kulev raised to 8,500 in the cutoff and Jean-Noel Thorel called in the big blind. Both checked the {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs} flop and the {j-Diamonds} followed on the turn. Thorel now bet 10,000 and Kulev raised to 37,000. The French businessman confirmed the amount once more to then push all-in and get snap-called by Kulev.

A rather disappointed Thorel vaulted out of his seat and was ready to leave while showing the {k-Spades}{q-Spades} for broadway. However, he had a lock on the hand already as Kulev's {9-Spades}{7-Spades} only represented the bottom end of the straight.

"You are good," Steve O'Dwyer immediately said as Thorel sat back down while the {5-Hearts} rolled off on the river.

"I was sure to lose," Thorel added with a smile on the face, apparently expecting to run right into a possible flush.

Kulev Snags More from Greenwood

Level 10 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

The action folded to Alex Kulev in the small blind who raised it up to 16,000. Sam Greenwood called from the big blind and they went heads-up to a flop of {10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{6-Hearts}.

Kulev checked and Greenwood also checked as the {a-Hearts} hit the turn. Kulev led out with a bet of 9,000 and Greenwood called to see the {k-Diamonds} on the river. Kulev threw in another bet of 11,000 and Greenwood burned through one of his time banks before releasing his cards to the muck.

Jean-Noel Thorel has also re-entered for the third time today and has taken over the one seat once again.

Jean-Noel Thorel
Jean-Noel Thorel

The action kicked off with a raise to 6,500 by Orpen Kisacikoglu in the cutoff. Jean-Noel Thorel then three-bet to 15,000 on the button and Kisacikoglu called. Both headed to the {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop on which Kisacikoglu checked. Thorel made it 15,000 to go only for his opponent to check-raise to 35,000.

"How much?" Thorel inquired with the dealer to confirm the amount. He then moved all-in for what appeared to be 108,000 and Kisacikoglu snap-called.

Jean-Noel Thorel: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Orpen Kisacikoglu: {a-Spades}{3-Spades}

The {9-Clubs} turn left Thorel with two outs and he missed them on the {10-Hearts} river.
