From under the gun, Joseph Cheong shoved for his last 860,000 and the action folded around to Oleksii Khoroshenin in the big blind. The EPT Vienna champion called and had a kicker problem.

Kyle Keranen raised from early position to 250,000 and Ari Engel called in the big blind. On the flop, both players checked. After the turn, Engel checked and Keranen bet 260,000, which Engel called. There was no betting action on the river and Engel flashed , which was good enough to win the pot.
After giving up his small blind, Joseph Cheong folded twice more to raises by Oleksii Khoroshenin and then moved all in for 190,000 from the hijack. Patrick Leonard in the cutoff, Pascal Hartmann in the small blind and Ari Engel in the big blind all called.
