Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Levan Rcheulishvili

The action started with a button raise to 60,000 by Levan Rcheulishvili and Namhyung Kim waved with his hands to see the stack of his opponent before making the call from the big blind.

Following the 975 flop, Kim bet 75,000 and Rcheulishvili pondered about it for a short while to then raise the pot. With a stack of around 390,000, Rcheulishvili then called all-in when Kim jammed.

Namhyung Kim: J1097

The 4 turn changed nothing and the 7 river only improved Kim to sevens full of kings, as he continued to ascend and sent Rcheulishvili to the payout desk.

Aaron Duczak

Aaron Duczak three-bet preflop and jammed the 1062 flop but received an instant call by Levan Rcheulishvili, which was bad news for the Canadian.

Aaron Duczak: A996
Levan Rcheulishvili: A1097

The 2 turn opened up some miracle back door outs for Duczak but he bricked the 4 river to finish in 17th place.

There will now be a 20-minute break prior to the start of the final two tables.

Pansier Picks Off Zech

Level 20 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Aaron Duczak was just moved to the table to take the spot of Omar Eljach and bet 65,000 from the big blind on a board of QK68.

Quirin Zech called under the gun, as did small blind Nino Pansier. The river came the J and Pansier and Duczak checked over to Zech.

Zech then bet 125,000 and Pansier tanked for several minutes before calling, while Duczak quickly moved. Zech turned over J10108 for jacks and eights, but Pansier had QJ106 for queens and jacks on the river to win the big pot.

Alexi Skoulos Eliminated in 18th Place (€3,916)

Alexi Skoulos
Alexi Skoulos

Alexi Skoulos raised the pot in the cutoff and Gab Yong Kim repotted to 184,000 in the small blind. It folded back to the Swede, who called with around 110,000 behind. Kim already bet 225,000 in the dark and Skoulos then called all-in when the flop came 1097.

Alexi Skoulos: KJJ6
Gab Yong Kim: KK65

The superior pocket pair came out on top when the 7 turn and 7 river completed the board, giving Kim sevens full of kings. Skoulos was the next to depart from the very same table as the field reached 17 contenders still in the mix.

Quirin Zech in the big blind reraised enough to put Omar Eljach all in, and Eljach called for his last 185,000 in the cutoff.

Omar Eljach: QJJ5
Quirin Zech: AA92

The flop came 10210 and Eljach didn't find anything to overcome Zech's aces. The rest of the board ran out 3Q and Eljach's quest for a second bracelet in 2023 came to an end.
