Jan-Peter Jachtmann minraised preflop from the cutoff and Daniel Rezaei defended his big blind to see the {4-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds} flop. Rezaei checked, Jachtmann bet 175,000 and Rezaei called.

The turn was the {9-Diamonds} and both players checked.

The {2-Clubs} came on the river and Rezaei led this time for 115,000. Jachtmann called quickly and Rezaei showed {k-}{4-}, which wasn't enough against Jachtmann's pair of {5-}{5-}.

Kolonias Doubles Through Martini

Level 23 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

In the final hand of the level, Rifat Palevic opened to 105,000 in the cutoff and Alexandros Kolonias three-bet to 300,000 on the button. Julien Martini in the small blind cut out a four-bet to 775,000 and Palevic folded while showing a lot of frustration. Kolonias moved all in for 1,655,000 and Martini called instantly.

Martini was in prime shape to send Kolonias to the rail but the {q-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop gave the Greek top set. The {8-Clubs} turn and the {5-Clubs} river were both blanks and Kolonias doubled.

Sammartino Show

Charbel Salloum raised to 110,000 in the hijack with {3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and Dario Sammartino three-bet to 375,000 in the small blind with {7-Spades}{6-Spades}. Salloum didn't waste much time before throwing his small pocket pair away.

In the next hand, Michal Lubas raised with {j-Spades}{8-Spades} in the cutoff and Sammartino re-raised to 375,000 on the button with {a-}{k-}. Lubas quickly folded and Sammartino showed his cards.

Following that, Lubas made it 110,000 in the hijack with {2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and Sammartino made another three-bet to 375,000 in the cutoff with {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}. The action folded back to Lubas who dumped his cards in the muck again.

Schulze Takes From Rudolph

Christian Rudolph in the cutoff opened to 105,000 and Felix Schulze in the cutoff three-bet to 390,000, which Rudolph called. On a flop of {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}, Schulze continued for 235,000 and picked up a call while both then checked the {a-Spades} turn.

Schulze bet the {3-Spades} river for 600,000 and Rudolph folded.

Julien Martini raised from early position and Rifat Palevic called in the small blind, then check-called a bet of 150,000 on the {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{9-Spades} flop. then checked again the {j-Spades} turn. Martini fired a second barrel of 550,000 and Palevic folded {q-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}.

Mykola Kostyrko then raised to 105,000 and was called by Palevic on the button and Martini in the big blind. The {10-Clubs}{9-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop was checked to Palevic who made it 205,000 to go. Martini folded and Kostyrko called. They checked the {k-Diamonds} turn and Kostyrko bet the {9-Diamonds} river for 285,000.

Palevic tank-called and mucked when he was shown the {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts} for kings and nines.
