Riess Misclicks

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Ryan Riess raised to 2,200 from the hijack and was called by Eder Murata in the cutoff and Michael Sklenicka on the button.

They all checked through the {4-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} on the flop to the {q-Spades} on the turn. Riess bet 25,300 thinking the five yellow chips were worth 1,000 each but they were worth 5,000 each. Murata called and Sklenicka folded.

The river completed the board with the {j-Hearts}, Riess checked but folded when Murata bet 36,000.

"How can I misclick this? Why are the 5ks yellow?!" Riess said angrily to mainly himself.

"If he folded, I would have called," Sklenicka commented.

Darie Takes More from Margolin

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Timur Margolin raised to 2,200 from mid-position and was called by Vlad Darie in the big blind.

The flop came {j-Spades}{6-Hearts}{j-Clubs}, Darie check-raised Margolin's bet of 2,000 to 7,900 which Margolin called.

Darie then check-called the 8,300 bet of Margolin when the {2-Clubs} was turned.

The river completed the board with the {7-Spades} on which they both checked. Darie tabled {j-Hearts}{9-Hearts} for trip jacks which was enough to make Margolin muck his hand.

Another Pot for Geshkenbein

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Daniel Charlton was all in and at risk for his last 80,000 and he had the better hand with {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds} against the {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades} of Vladimir Geshkenbein.
