O'Dea Doubles Through Le

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 0 ante

Tommy Le limped from the button and Scott Clements called in the small blind. Eoghan O'Dea raised the pot to 320,000 from the big blind and Le was the only caller.

On the {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} flop, O'Dea bet the pot for 720,000 and Le raised to see O'Dea call all in for 915,000 in total.

O'Dea: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} for trips tens
Le: {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for an open-ended straight draw

The {J-Clubs} turn filled up O'Dea to a full house and he only had to fear the {9-Clubs}, which would give Le the straight flush. Instead, it was the {4-Clubs} and O'Dea doubled.

Murat Tulek Eliminated in 7th Place ($105,705)

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 0 ante
Murat Tulek
Murat Tulek

Murat Tulek raised to 280,000 from the hijack, Hani Mio called from the button, and Scott Clements called from the big blind.

The flop came {K-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and Clements checked. Tulek moved all in for 180,000, Mio called, and Clements called as well.

The turn brought the {4-Diamonds} and Clements checked. Mio bet 350,000 into the side pot and Clements called.

The {3-Spades} fell on the river and Clements checked. Mio bet again, 650,000 this time, and Clements folded.

Tulek showed {K-}{Q-}{J-}{8-} for kings and eights, but Mio tabled {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{J-}{3-} for the nut flush, putting an end to Tulek's deep run in this event.

Lee Holds with Aces to Double

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 0 ante

Hani Mio limped in and Scott Clements raised to 250,000 in the cutoff. Chris Lee announced "pot" and raised to 910,000, which forced out short stack Murat Tulek in the big blind and Mio. Clements called and Lee moved all in in the dark for his remaining 305,000 before the flop came {J-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{2-Spades}. Clements called and the cards were tabled.

Lee: {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}
Clements: {10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{5-Spades}

The {3-Hearts} turn gave Clements some more outs with a gutshot, but the {9-Clubs} river was none of them to see Lee double and put a dent into the stack of Clements.

O'Dea Drops Some More

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 0 ante

Tommy Le raised to 180,000 from the button and Eoghan O'Dea defended the big blind. On the {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}{8-Clubs} flop, O'Dea checked and Le bet 200,000 to force a fold.

Hani Mio limped the next hand and O'Dea filled up. Chris Lee checked in the big blind. The flop came {A-Spades}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades} and Mio's bet of 175,000 won the pot. His rail cheered with the words, "Let's go, Hani. Every pot counts."

Tulek Doubles Through O'Dea

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 0 ante
Murat Tulek
Murat Tulek

Eoghan O'Dea raised to 180,000 from the button and short-stack Murat Tulek moved all in for his last 290,000 from the big blind. O'Dea called.

Tulek: {A-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{5-Clubs}
O'Dea: {A-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}

Tulek was marginally ahead and flopped two pairs on {Q-Hearts}{9-Spades}{8-Diamonds}. Both the {K-Clubs} turn and {6-Hearts} river changed nothing and Tulek doubled up.
