Davidson Comes Out Firing

Kyriakos Papadopoulos opened to 120,000 from the hijack which both Richard Dixon from the small blind and James Davidson from the big blind called.

Dixon checked, and Davidson bet out on the 3♦5♣9♥ flop for 160,000. Papadopoulos made the fold but Dixon stuck around and called.

When the 8♣ landed on the turn, Davidson fired another bet of 375,000, and Dixon laid it down.

On a board of J♣2♣6♥3♦8♦ there were around 750,000 chips in the pot when Aaron Pinson bet 1,300,000 on the river, leaving himself just 45,000 chips behind. Richard Dixon was the man facing the bet and after a considerable amount of time in the tank, he eventually folded.

"I turned my jack into a bluff" remarked Pinson before he tabled J♦7♦.

Elia Ahmadian thought about it for a while before calling. Natividad tabled the J♠J♣ black jacks and took the pot when Ahmadian mucked.

Action was picked up on the turn with the board showing 5♦6♦3♦6♣. Elia Ahmadian made a bet and Daniel Strelitz called to go to the river which came the 10♥.

Ahmadian fired 575,000. Strelitz took a bit before moving all in to make Ahmadian decide for his remaining stack of about 750,000.

Ahmadian took his time and eventually the clock was called. As the 30 second countdown began, he called.

On the 10♣K♣6♠ flop, Davidson check-called a bet of 105,000 from Papadopoulos, and Ausmus folded.

A 2♦ hit the turn and Davidson bet 160,000, Papadopoulos raised to 500,000, Davidson shoved, and Papadopoulos called.

Darius Samual raised preflop. Robert Natividad three-bet to 460,000. Samual then made it 875,000. Natividad hesitated for several seconds before announcing all in which Samual instantly called.
