Lamb and Zack Tangle Near the Bubble

Level 17 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

The two big stacks, Daniel Zack and Ben Lamb, just played out a pot in which both invested 145,000 on the 1092 flop. There was no further action on the 8 turn and Q river after which Zack flashed his QQ for a set of queens.

Lamb had that beat with the A1076 for a ten-high straight and won the pot.

The cards hit their backs.

Dan Smith: AAQ3
Quan Zhou: KQ104

Zhou was leading with two pair, tens and fours, while Smith had a pair of aces with a flush draw.

The 9 turn gave Zhou a flush draw as well and the 2 river would give him the winning flush to send Smith to the rail in 70th place.

Level 17 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Yuri Dzivielevski
Yuri Dzivielevski

More than one and a half dozen hands are concluded on the soft and stone-cold money bubble with just one elimination as there are 69 remaining.

The action runs very slow and no further all-in showdown has taken place yet.

In the latest hand, Mads Amot bet the Q1073A river for 60,000 and Yuri Dzivielevski then raised the pot to 370,000 in the cutoff. Amot gave it some thought and folded the JJ face-up.

"I bluffed the bluff," Dzivielevski replied with a smirk and raked in the chips.

Level 18 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Gregory Nerenberg and Firas Kashat apparently agreed to a deal that both take sips from their beverages at the same time and they were also involved in a three-way single-raised pot with Dylan Weisman. They checked all the way to the Q105Q6 river with Weisman checking first.

"I win," Weisman declared and Nerenberg inquired "how do you know?"
