While showing the same open board on fourth street, Talal Shakerchi bet against Carlos Chadha and then paired his five on fifth street. Chadha checked for Shakerchi to bet and his opponent called. Chadha then bet sixth for Shakerchi to call before both checked down seventh after which Shakerchi had paired his ace.

Moncek completed, and Shakerchi raised. All other players folded, and Moncek came along.

Fourth street saw Moncek bet with his king up, and Shakerchi called.

Fourth and fifth street saw both players check. On sixth street, Moncek checked again. Shakerchi bet, and Moncek made the call.

Moncek put in the last 28,000 to put Shakerchi all in on seventh street, and Shakerchi made the call.

Shakerchi tabled his ten-six, which was good over Moncek's jack-nine. Shakerchi stood up, not realizing that he had won the hand. It was Jerry Wong that pointed out the ten to Shakerchi, and Shakerchi had a laugh as he took back his seat.

He gave it some consideration and even vaulted out of his chair briefly before paying it off with his jack-ten to get shown the bad news.

Shakerchi checked again on seventh street, and Moncek bet. Shakerchi thought for about a minute before folding what was the best hand.

Chadha turned over an Ax, giving him an unbeatable eight-seven. Shakerchi's final 7x was irrelevant, and he exited in fifth place.
