With a raise to 37,000 and a continuation bet of 40,000 already placed right out in front, Ryan Goindoo in the big blind and Zack Freeman in the under-the-gun position were on the Q10108K river. Goindoo bet 80,000 and Freeman then raised the pot, which forced a tank-fold from his opponent.

Chip leader Dustin Dirksen raised to 40,000 next and Freeman called out of the big blind. The 964 flop was checked and Freeman bet 55,000 on the K turn, Dirksen called. Both checked the 5 river and Freeman revealed K754 for two pair.

Dirksen earned the low pot with AQ98 to chop it up.

Picking things up after the first draw Zack Freeman checked and Dustin Dirksen bet. John Hennigan, who in the previous hand had let out a startled scream as he thought the dealer was about to turn over a flop when he was in fact delivering three cards to Ryan Goindoo, moved all in for 40,000. Both opponents called and each player drew one.

Freeman check-called again after the second draw and drew one with Hennigan and Dirksen stood pat. Freeman then check-folded after the third draw and Dirksen showed 7 / 6542 for a seven low and six badugi to best the six-time bracelet winner and Poker Hall of Famer's A / 9754.
