Joon Park: {x-}{x-}/{7-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{9-Spades}/{x-}
Menikos Panagiotou: {x-}{x-}/{q-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{4-Hearts}/{x-}

Park called down to seventh street as Panagiotou put out another bet. Park, with just over 200,000 behind, tanked for about a minute before calling all in.

Panagiotou turned over {q-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{8-Clubs} for trip queens while Park was left with {a-Spades}{4-Clubs}{9-Hearts} for two pair, nines and deuces, and was eliminated in third place.

Yunis Wins a Showdown Pot; Panagiotou Caps in Hold'em

Level 33 : 200,000/400,000, 0 ante

Limit Hold'em

Menikos Panagiotou raised the button and Nick Yunis three-bet in the small blind for the initial raiser to call. On the {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} flop, Yunis bet and Panagiotou called. The same procedure repeated on the {6-Hearts} tun and they checked the {5-Hearts} on the river. Yunis showed the {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and that won the pot.

Joon Park then raised the button and Panagiotou made it three bets in the small blind. "What's the cap?" Yunis in the big blind inquired before he then four-bet. Park got out of the way and Panagiotou then capped to five bets as Yunis called.

On a flop of {a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{4-Spades}, Panagiotou bet and received a call from Yunis. They checked the {5-Clubs} on the turn and Panagiotou bet the {4-Hearts} river, which brought a smile on the face of Yunis before he mentioned "I don't think I am ever good there."

"What do you have?" the Cypriot asked and Yunis replied "two pair" almost instantly. Ultimately, Yunis folded and Panagiotou flashed the {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} before raking in the pot and pulling even with Yunis at the top of the leaderboard.

Menikos Panagiotou raised to 200,000 and received calls from Joon Park and Eric Buchman in the blinds.

The flop came {2-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} and Buchman moved all in for his last 170,000 after Park checked. Both Park and Panagiotou called and checked down the {6-Spades}{j-Spades} turn and river.

Park turned over {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{q-Spades}{8-Diamonds} for a pair of kings, Panagiotou mucked a pair of queens, while Buchman showed {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for a pair of tens as the former November Niner was eliminated in fourth place.

Park Doubles Through Buchman in Bizarre Razz Hand

Level 33 : 200,000/400,000, 0 ante

Razz

Eric Buchman: {4-}{8-} / {5-}{4-}{5-}{2-} / {4-}
Joon Park: {a-}{5-} / {6-}{6-}{8-}{6-} / {10-}

Eric Buchman completed with a five showing and Joon Park raised, which Buchman called. Buchman then took a long time on fourth before he was reminded by the dealer that it was his turn to act, he then bet the lead and Park called.

On fifth, Buchman checked and then called a bet by Park, who had 300,000 behind. Park received another six on sixth street and Buchman bet when he spiked a deuce.

"I guess I am live because you took so long to act," Park said and called it off. Buchman peeled first and paired his four. Park spiked a ten on seventh and survived to leave Buchman very short.

After the hand was over, Buchman inquired which hand would have won if Park had paired one of his other cards.

Buchman Short After Running Into Flush

Level 33 : 200,000/400,000, 0 ante

Omaha 8 or Better

Action folded around to the blinds where Eric Buchman raised and Menikos Panagiotou called.

The flop came {j-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{9-Hearts} and Buchman continued. Panagiotou called, then called another bet on the {9-Hearts} turn.

The river was the {4-Clubs} and Buchman slowed down and checked. Panagiotou took the opportunity to bet, and Buchman called after some consideration.

Panagiotou showed {k-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Spades} for a flush and Buchman mucked to fall below 1,500,000, while the Cypriot eclipsed the 8,000,000-chip barrier.

Park Falls Further Behind

Level 33 : 200,000/400,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

In the last hand before the blinds went up, Menikos Panagiotou raised on the button and Joon Park called out of the big blind. The {q-Spades}{5-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop was check-raised by Park and Panagiotou called. On the {9-Hearts} turn, Park check-called and bet the {q-Diamonds} river. Panagiotou now raised and Park mulled it over for a while before he folded.

The new level started with an under-the-gun limp by Panagiotou and Nick Yunis raised on the button, earning a call from the Cypriot. Both checked the {8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop and Panagiotou check-folded the {5-Spades} turn while exposing the {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}.
