Perez Versus Reddick

Level 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

Four players saw a flop of {q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and it checked to Joe Reddick who bet 1,700. Nelson Perez raised to 4,000 and it folded back to Reddick who called. They went heads-up to the {5-Hearts} and Reddick check-called a bet of 8,000 from Perez.

The {10-Diamonds} completed the board and Reddick led out with a bet of 7,500. Perez called, Reddick showed {a-Spades}{q-Hearts} for top pair, but Perez tabled his {9-Spades}{9-Hearts} for a flopped set of nines to take the pot.

Pescatori Busts Luel with a Straight Flush

Level 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

Max Pescatori's tweet about an elimination with a straight flush and a quick look at his table confirmed that Didier Luel was missing. Pescatori was kind enough to provide the details.

According to Pescatori, it was a three-way pot to the {K-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} flop, on which they invested 1,900 each. The {J-Diamonds} on the turn was checked through and Luel bet the {2-Diamonds} river for 4,500. Pescatori raised to 18,000 and instantly called the shove of Luel for 45,000 with {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for the straight flush. Luel had the {A-Diamonds} for the rivered ace-high flush to depart in cruel fashion.

Kiletto Adds to Her Stack

Level 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

In a blind-versus-blind situation, the flop was reading {7-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} when Lily Kiletto quickly fired a bet of 5,000 after her opponent checked. The latter called and checked once more on the turn {4-Spades}. Kiletto continued with another bet worth 5,500. After some thinking, her opponent folded.

Peralta Doubles With Aces

Level 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

Federico Peralta raised it up and faced a three-bet to 3,000 by Michael Zenone before four-bet shoving for his last 23,075. Zenone quickly called and was shown the {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs} by Peralta, tabling his {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}. The board came {9-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{8-Clubs} and Peralta doubled to just shy of the starting stack.

One table over, the three-way flop showed {7-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades} and action checked over to Rick Schwartz, who bet 4,600. The player in the big blind called and big stack Matthew Ernst in early position check-raised to 17,500. That eventually forced two folds and Ernst further climbed up the leader board.

Quads Are Good

Level 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

One player was short-stacked and they moved all in on for 4,500 on the {6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} flop. Pim de Goede called and said, "I don't think you have any outs," as he turned over his cards.

Opponent: {8-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

On seeing that the other player did have some outs with a gutshot and flush draw, he called for the seven of diamonds, anti-railing himself. The {4-Hearts} river was a brick, then the {j-Clubs} river brought De Goede quads, sending his opponent to the rail.

Somerville and Clements in, Raymer Out

Level 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

Johnny Chan has a big stack in front of him and we're only in the third level of Day 1b. Just now, Chan opened to 700 and six other people at the table called. After the {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop, the action died out and everybody checked. The player in the small blind led out for 1,000 on the {2-Spades} turn and it folded to another player in middle position who took the pot down by raising. Everybody folded.

Scott Clements also joined the table of Christopher Frank and Johnny Chan with a fresh stack of 50,000. Greg Raymer seems to have busted out of the Main Event after he walked away from his table without any chips left in front of his chair.

Twitch Legend Jason Somerville also joined the tournament and is seated in one of the corners of the Amazon Orange section.

Hall Keeps Taking Down Pots

Level 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

Deon Chavon opened to 1,000 from late position and Tom Hall called from the hijack. The small blind tagged along and the flop fell {a-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{2-Clubs}.

The action checked to Chavon who bet 1,300, Hall made the call, and so did the small blind. The {k-Spades} came on the turn and all three players decided to check.

A {q-Hearts} hit the felt on the river, action checked to Hall who bet 2,800, and both of his opponents hit the fold button.

Ferguson Loses Some

Level 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

Chris Ferguson has taken his seat on the same table as Michael Rack and Christophe De Meulder. In actual fact, he has taken Max Steinberg's old seat, who was eliminated in the first hand of the day.

Andreas Hildebrand limped in from the hijack and Ferguson completed his small blind. Raymond Foley opted to check his big blind.

They all checked through the {k-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{j-Spades} on the flop to the {5-Spades} on the turn. Ferguson bet 600 and both Foley and Hildebrand called.

The river completed the board with the {7-Clubs} and they all checked again. Ferguson showed {6-Clubs}{7-Hearts} for the rivered pair of sevens but Foley tabled {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts} for the flopped pair of jacks to take the pot down.

Pescatori Wins Some More

Level 3 : 150/300, 25 ante

The board was already complete in the form of {K-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{K-Spades}{4-Hearts} and Max Pescatori faced a bet of 2,000. Pescatori decided to raise it and put in 6,000. His opponent took his time to think about the decision and ended up folding his hand.

Pescatori started stacking his newly won chips and is building quite the stack.
