Vince and Mike are genuinely close friends, but today they get to play in poker's greatest event and are having fun doing it.
Van Patten's stack currently sits at 22,000 while Sexton's is up to 27,000.
Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi is optimistic about his future chip count. When we walked by the table to get a chip count Grinder told us to "Just put down that I have a million!"
Brad Garrett took a break from his table to go over and say hello to Ray Romano. Garrett asked Romano, "Do you need anything while I'm here? Any way I can get part of my career back?" Both had a good laugh and went back to business.
Whoops, no need to panic, it's not an alien invasion of eight-foot tall legumes. Planters is one of the official sponsors of the World Series of Poker and Mr. Peanut has just made an appearance. He's walking around the Amazon Room, shaking hands and posing for pictures.

Debbie Burkhead, a well-known Las Vegas rounder and columnist for Poker Player Newspaper, was enjoying a great start to her day, cruising along and winning some small pots, that is until she ran a queen-high flush into a straight flush, losing a 4,000 pot.
Tobey Maguire was heads up on the flop against an under the gun player.

Maguire made it 500 to go and his opponent called. They both checked the on the turn, but his opponent bet out 300 when the fell on the river. Maguire made the call and won the hand after showing for the flush. His opponent flashed the before mucking.
Seed check-called a 1,100 bet after the flop and a 3,000 bet after the turned, but when the fell on the river Seed fired out an 8K bet and his opponent folded. Seed is now up to 22,000.
On a board of , Nick Frangos raised 3,000, one player pushed all-in and Frangos called. Frangos had two pair with , but he was drawing dead against his opponent's . The river was and Frangos was eliminated.
Actor Ray Romano is among the celebrities playing in today's event. His table was broken and before the remaining players left, they asked Romano to autograph their hats.
ESPN camers followed behind Romano as he walked across the room to his new table. He happened to come across Brad Garrett's table, who was a fellow cast member on "Everbody Loves Raymond."
"Brad what are you doing wearing your hat on backwards?" said Romano. "Have you been watching too much poker on TV?"
"Go away, Ray!" joked Garrett. "You bring me bad luck."
