With 435 total entries recorded thus far on Day 1a in the $25,000 WSOP Super Main Event, just 300 are still in their seats as they are set to take a 60-minute dinner break. The action will resume at approximately 7:30 p.m. with a 12,000 big blind. Here is a look at what happened in the previous two levels:

Arthur Conan opened 25,000 in middle position before Paul Jager jammed his last 214,000 across the line from the cutoff. The action folded back around to Conan and after briefly eying Jager's stack, he made the call.
Paul Jager: Q♥8♦
Arthur Conan: A♣Q♠
Jager was dominated but the 10♥9♥8♠ flop gave him the lead with a pair of eights. Conan still had outs with a gutshot straight draw to chop, as well as an ace to win, but the 3♣ turn and 3♦ river meant Jager could remain seated.
"It was that or go watch the football game," said Jager as he pulled in the pot.

Alessio La Francesca opened to 25,000 in middle position and Manuel Fischer called in the hijack. Erik Seidel tossed in a call on the button, as did Jonathan Jaffe in the small blind.
Anatoly Zlotnikov took some time in the big blind before announcing all in. Action quickly folded back to Jaffe, who asked for a count. The dealer stacked up 970,000 chips, and Jaffe took a moment before sticking in the call.
Anatoly Zlotnikov: 3♥3♦
Jonathan Jaffe: 8♣8♥
Jaffe's pocket eights were well ahead and held through the J♦10♥K♠A♠7♣ runout to send Zlotnikov to the rail.

Jonathan Jaffe opened 25,000 under the gun and Anthony Zinno jammed for 170,000 from a couple of spots to his left. Erik Seidel cold called in the big blind, and Jaffe mucked his hand.
Anthony Zinno: J♥9♥
Erik Seidel: A♦A♠
The K♥K♠5♠ flop left Zinno needing runner-runner and the 2♠ turn sealed his fate as he tapped the table and wished the players good luck. The dealer completed the board with the A♥ river, improving Seidel to a full house.

Action was heads up to the 6♦8♦3♥8♠ turn, where Jessica Teusl checked in the small blind. Matas Cikinas fired a bet of 30,000 in the big blind and the call was made.
Teusl checked again on the 4♥ river and Cikinas tossed out a 100,000 chip. Teusl took some time before check-raising all in.
Cikinas counted his remaining stack and took some time of his own before opting to let it go, as Teusl picked up the pot.

After missing a few hands to celebrate her husband winning his third bracelet in the Triton Main Event, Kristen Foxen was all in for 219,000 against Yueqi Zhu to her left.
Kristen Foxen: A♠8♣
Yueqi Zhu: K♣K♠
An ace-high flop of A♦8♦J♦ gave Foxen a big lead and the board finished out 5♥Q♦ to earn her a double. Just yesterday, Foxen was inducted into the Women in Poker Hall of Fame and received a round of congratulations from her tablemates.

Charlott Eisenkolb: A♠K♠
Paul Newey: 10♠10♣
The flop came 8♣6♣3♠ and Newey was still in the lead with the lone pair. The 3♣ on the turn and the 4♥ on the river changed nothing as Eisenkolb was sent to the rail.

Roman Gadzhiev opened 33,000 in the cutoff and Jordan Glazer came along from the big blind.
The dealer spread a flop of 4♦3♠2♦, and Glazer check-raised a continuation bet of 28,000 to 75,000. After a few moments of thought, Gadzhiev announced all-in for 443,000. Glazer snap-called and both hands were tabled.
Roman Gadzhiev: J♦10♦
Jordan Glazer: 6♠5♠
Glazer had flopped the nut straight and was able to fade the diamond draw of Gadzhiev as the K♣ hit the turn, but the A♦ river completed the flush.
"No gamble, No future," Gadzhiev said as he raked in the double.

Alan Keating moved his last 66,000 into the middle from under the gun and Felipe Ketzer made the call on the button.
"Yes," Keating exclaimed as Felix Neubauer moved all in from the big blind. Ketzer smiled while sliding his cards to the dealer, leaving Keating at risk heads up.
Alan Keating: K♠4♦
Felix Neubauer: A♦J♣
Keating found immediate help on the K♥K♦J♦, making trip kings while the 7♥ turn changed nothing. The dealer then completed the board with the K♣ on the river, giving Keating all of the kings while earning a double up.
