Welcome Back to Day 1d of the $25,000 WSOP Super Main Event

WSOPP Super Main Event
WSOPP Super Main Event

Entering the final week of the 2024 World Series of Poker Paradise, the first-ever $25,000 WSOP Super Main Event is hosting the final of four starting flights at Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas. The $50 million guaranteed prize pool is the largest of its kind and records will no doubtedly be broken today and in the coming days.

Over the first three starting flights here on the beaches of The Bahamas, a total of 896 entries have been recorded. That is currently a long way to the goal of 2,000 entries to reach the guarantee, keeping in mind that roughly 500 players also entered into the three online flights as well. Through the first three days of the competition, 304 players have advanced to Day 2 which be held on December 16th.

Juan Pardo (4,585,000), Fedor Holz (4,880,000), and Ana Marquez (3,645,000) are the respective chip leaders from their starting flights. While Marquez bagged the largest stack on Day 1c, she still failed to reach the overall top five chip counts of those who have bagged chips thus far. It was a smaller field size but there's no telling what could happen today as tournament officials expect this to be the largest of all of the flights.

Each player will be given a starting stack of 500,000 chips with the blinds beginning at 1,000/2,000 and a 2,000 big blind ante. The levels will be 60 minutes in length with a 15-minute break after every two levels. A total of 10 levels are on the schedule for Day 1d with a 60-minute dinner break after level six.

Should a player be unfortunate enough to be eliminated, they will have the option of two reentries per flight. Late registration will remain open throughout the entire day and two levels into Day 2 which will take place on December 16th at 12 p.m. local time.
