Haxton Doubles Smith, Smith Doubles Haxton

Level 16 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Isaac Haxton opened for 65,000 under the gun and Charlie Carrel in middle position called. Big blind Dan Smith squeezed all in for 385,000 and Haxton reshoved. Carrel folded.

Isaac Haxton: {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}
Dan Smith: {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}

The board ran out {3-Spades}{6-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{K-Hearts} and Smith doubled, leaving Haxton with 13 big blinds.

The next hand, action folded to Dan Smith in the small blind and he pushed all in to put Haxton to the test. Haxton called.

Dan Smith: {A-Clubs}{8-Hearts}
Isaac Haxton: {J-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}

The board ran out {9-Spades}{7-Spades}{4-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{Q-Spades} and Haxton doubled back through Smith, getting them back to the same situation two hands ago.

"I Take That Three Now"

Level 16 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Daniel Dvoress opened from the button and then quickly called the shove of Byron Kaverman for around 600,000.

Daniel Dvoress: {K-Diamonds}{k-Spades}
Byron Kaverman: {3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}

"I take that three now," Kaverman said before the community cards were dealt. He left his seat after the {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{7-Clubs} flop, and was drawing dead on the {K-Hearts} turn, not even seeing the {3-Hearts} hit on the river that gave him a meaningless inferior full house.

Seidel Shoves Twice

Level 16 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Charlie Carrel raised to 60,000 from under the gun and Erik Seidel moved all in from one seat over to force folds all around. Soon after, Adrian Mateos made it 65,000 to go from under the gun and Ramin Hajiyev, as well as Seidel in the big blind, called. On the {4-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{2-Spades} flop, the action checked to Hajiyev, who bet 95,000. Only Mateos called and the duo checked the {7-Spades} turn and {10-Hearts} river.

Hajiyev showed {5-Clubs}{5-Spades} and Mateos mucked {A-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}.

The next hand, Carrel opened to 60,000 again and Seidel shoved for 550,000 on the button to claim the pot uncontested once again.

Holz Binks a Lucky River

Level 16 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Fedor Holz open-shoved once to claim the blinds and antes. Soon after he was in the small blind and Daniel Dvoress raised to 60,000 on the button. Holz shoved for 370,000 in the small blind and Dvoress called.

Daniel Dvoress: {A-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}
Fedor Holz: {K-Spades}{10-Spades}

"That's good," Holz said and tapped the table once the cards were turned over. It didn't get much better for him on the {Q-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{3-Diamonds} flop, as some of his outs were gone. The {7-Clubs} turn was a blank, but a magic {K-Hearts} river let the German wunderkind double back into contention.

Seidel Finds Lucky Double

Level 16 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

The first hand back from break, Isaac Haxton opened for 65,000 under the gun plus one. The action folded to Erik Seidel in the big blind and he pushed for 330,000. Haxton called.

Isaac Haxton: {J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}
Erik Seidel: {A-Spades}{J-Clubs}

Seidel was on the verge of elimination but that all changed as {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} hit the flop. Seidel was guaranteed the double up after the {A-Diamonds} hit the turn. The {K-Clubs} on the river was there just for good measures.
