Idziak Chips Up

Level 26 : 500,000/1,000,000, 1,000,000 ante

Grzegorz Idziak raised to 2.1 million and was called by Aleksandar Tomovic in the cutoff and Sina Alamzad on the button. On the {K-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop, it was Tomovic that bet 2.4 million and both opponents called. The {9-Clubs} turn and {2-Clubs} river were checked and Idziak showed {K-Spades}{J-Spades}, Tomovic mucked and Alamzad chopped with {K-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}.

Soon after, Alamzad raised into the big blind of Idziak and the latter called. On the {K-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} flop, Idziak checked and Alamzad bet 2.3 million. Idziak check-raised all in for 19.3 million and Alamzad asked "ace-king any good?" Idziak smirked and replied "depends what happens on the turn and river." Ultimately, the shove got through and Idziak claimed the pot.

Tomovic opened to 2.7 million and Idziak three-bet to 9.5 million out of the small blind to force a fold.

From under the gun, Gerald Karlic moved all in for 1.9 million and Albert Skobelev three-bet the cutoff to force everyone else out.

Gerald Karlic: {Q-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}
Albert Skobelev: {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}

Karlic was drawing very thin, but picked up some outs on the {10-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop. However, the {4-Hearts} turn and {10-Spades} river blanked and Karlic was eliminated in 13th place for €8,000.

Karlic Remains In

Level 26 : 500,000/1,000,000, 1,000,000 ante

Gerald Karlic was all in for 100,000 out of the small blind, one tenth of a big blind. Sina Alamzad in the big blind called a raise to 2.4 million by Jonathan Wong and check-called a bet of 2.5 million on the {4-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop. Both checked the {4-Diamonds} turn and Alamzad led for 6 million on the {3-Diamonds} river.

"I know you like trashy hands," Wong said and sighed. However, he called after some consideration and Alamzad showed {A-Clubs}{10-Spades}. Wong had that beat with {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} and Karlic won the hand with {6-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} for a full house.

Karlic had to post the button ante of one million the next hand and had 300,000 left, which he committed. Alamzad filled up on the small blind and Wong was in the big blind. The {Q-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} flop and {4-Hearts} turn were checked. Alamzad bet the {K-Clubs} river for 2.5 million and Wong folded.

"That's not good," Karlic said but Alamzad only showed {10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}. Karlic had that beat with {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and tripled his 300,000 while getting the button ante to bump his stack from one tenth to almost two big blinds.
