Level 28 : 800,000/1,600,000, 1,600,000 ante

Sonay Kehya

Sonay Kehya finished 7th in the partypoker Million Germany Main Event here in Rozvadov back in June this year, and reached the last table once more. However, this time the Dutchman had to settle for 9th place and a payday of €11,000.

Kehya open-shoved for 19.5 million from middle position and the action folded to Aleksandar Tomovic in the big blind, who quickly called.

Sonay Kehya: {A-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}
Aleksandar Tomovic: {A-Clubs}{A-Spades}

The Dutchman was in need of help, but ended up drawing dead on the turn of a board {Q-Spades}{9-Spades}{9-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{6-Spades}. The remaining eight players will now be on a short break to take care of the official final table picture.

Tomovic Shoves Into Idziak

Level 27 : 600,000/1,200,000, 1,200,000 ante

While Sina Alamzad wins the majority of pots on the outer table, except for one minor hand against Albert Skobelev, the other short stacks are open-shoving and Grzegorz Idziak got through with one such move.

Aleksandar Tomovic raised to three million and Idziak defended his big blind. On the {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop, Idziak checked and called a bet of 3.1 million before checking again the {Q-Hearts} turn. Tomovic moved all in for around nine million and Idziak folded.

Alamzad Forces Karmatckii to Fold Aces

Level 27 : 600,000/1,200,000, 1,200,000 ante

Arsenii Karmatckii raised to 2.6 million and Aleksandar Tomovic on the button as well as Sina Alamzad from the small blind called. The flop came {Q-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and Alamzad checked. Karmatckii bet 3.3 million and Tomovic folded, Alamzad called.

The {9-Hearts} turn was checked and Alamzad then bet the {K-Hearts} river for 5.5 million. Karmatckii gave it some thought and asked "Show me if I fold?" the Russian asked and folded his {A-Clubs}{A-Spades} face up one minute later. Alamzad grinned and flashed the {3-Clubs} with one word only: "Nuts."
