Zukowicz Busts to Higher Flush

Level 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Monika Zukowicz
Monika Zukowicz

Patrick Clarke raised to 4,000 from under the gun, Silvio De Petrillo called, Monika Zukowicz called on the button and Iurii Saiapin called in the small blind.

The flop came 452 and action checked to De Petrillo, who made it 2,500 to go. Zukowicz called and so did Saiapin.

The turn was the 9 and this time, play checked to Zukowicz, who fired out a bet of 10,000, which only Saiapin called.

The river came the J and Saiapin led out for 10,000. Zukowicz moved all in for around 30,000 and Saiapin quickly called. Zukowicz showed K7 for a flopped flush, but Saiapin had A8 for a higher flush that he'd completed on the river.

Saiapin chipped up to around 170,000 and Zukowicz was eliminated.

Level 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Parker Talbot
Parker Talbot

Parker Talbot opened to 4,000 from middle position and was called by Sardor Shagulyamov in the cutoff, Samuel Fournier on the button, and Elie Saade in the big blind for a four-way pot.

Saade checked to Talbot, who bet 2,000 on the J6K flop. Shagulyamov called, Fournier folded, and Saade called.

The 2 fell on the turn and it was again checked to Talbot, who sized up for a bet of 18,500. This time Shagulyamov and Saad both folded and Talbot took down the pot.

"Pick one," Talbot said.

"I like two or zero," Shagulyamov replied.

"Zero then!" Talbot said as he collected the pot. "You've gotta live with a little suspense."

Boatman Cracks Kings to Bust Fritz

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Barny Boatman
Barny Boatman

Sergi Reixach opened to 3,000 and was called by Barny Boatman, before Manuel Fritz three-bet jammed for 24,500. Reixach got out of the way, but, after some thought, Boatman shrugged his shoulders and made the call with the covering stack.

Manuel Fritz: KK All in
Barny Boatman: A10

Boatman seemed in trouble versus Fritz's pocket kings, but the ace was in the window on the A82 flop, and Fritz could not find a king on the 96 turn and river.

Murthy Levels Lybaert

Level 10 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

A pre-flop raising war between Bart Lybaert and Neel Murthy culminated in Lybaert five-bet jamming with the covering stack over Murthy's cold four-bet, and Murthy calling off for 74,000 total.

Neel Murthy: AQ All in
Bart Lybaert: AK

Murthy's ace was dominated, but the A64 flop gave him hope with the flush draw.

The 7 hit on the turn, and Murthy was up out of his seat. However the river brought the 5 to give him the flush and the double-up.

A full board of AQ3K2 was showing with around 20,000 in the pot when Julien Brecard fired a pot-sized bet on the river into Deniz Dogan. It didnt take Dogan too long to come to a decision, and he dropped in the call.

Brecard then confidently tabled AK for top two pair, and Dogan mucked.

"Two pair?" asked Brecard. Dogan nodded.

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Gerard Cortes
Gerard Cortes

Valentin Tufan opened to 3,200 from the button, and was faced with a three-bet to 9,000 from Gerard Cortes in the small blind. Action back to Tufan, who quickly moved all in with the covering stack, and Cortes chips followed him in almost as quickly.

Gerard Cortes: KQ All in
Valentin Tufan: A10

Cortes was behind, and seemed in trouble after the A108 flop gave Tufan top two pair, although Cortes had a gutshot.

The K turn gave Cortes some extra outs, and was followed by the K on the river to give Cortes trip kings, and send him the double-up.

Daniyar Aubakirov
Daniyar Aubakirov

Cards were on their backs and stacks were in the middle, with Iaran Lightbourne all-in for around 40,000 and at risk versus Daniyar Aubakirov.

Iaran Lightbourne: AK All in
Daniyar Aubakirov: QQ

It was the classic race, but Lightbourne was up out of his chair after the Q98 flop left him almost drawing dead bar a chop, versus his opponent's top set.

The 6 turn confirmed his fate, and the 2 river completed the board.
