Jamil Wakil
Jamil Wakil

Jamil Wakil raised to 125,000 on the button and Rodrigo Seiji defended from the big blind. The flop came {7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Spades} and Seiji led out with a bet of 100,000. Wakil called and the {5-Hearts} paired the board on the turn.

Seiji tossed in another bet of 400,000 and Wakil stuck around to see the {10-Clubs} on the river. Seiji ripped all in on the river and Wakil quickly called off his stack of 1,655,000. Seiji tabled {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} for a full house while Wakil could only muster trip fives with {j-Clubs}{5-Clubs}.

The Canadian was eliminated in third place and headed to the treasure chest of bounties to draw his last prize. He was fortunate enough to pull the €7,500 + draw again bounty which resulted in another €7,500 prize. That, along with €20,000 in additional bounty prizes, Wakil earned a payday of nearly €80,000.

Seiji Keeps Climbing

Level 22 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Maher Nouira raised it up from the cutoff and Rodrigo Seiji three-bet to 275,000 from the big blind. Nouira called and the dealer fanned the flop of {9-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{5-Clubs}. Seiji fired out a bet of 175,000 and Nouira mucked his cards.

A couple of hands later, Jamil Wakil raised to 125,000 on the button and Seiji called from the big blind. The flop came {j-Spades}{9-Hearts}{8-Hearts} and both players checked to the {j-Diamonds} on the turn.

Seiji led out with a bet of 100,000 and Wakil called to see the {9-Spades} on the river. Seiji counted out a bet of 400,000 this time and that was enough to get Wakil to lay his hand down.

"Worst Player in the World" Still Leads the Way

Level 21 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Rodrigo Seiji
Rodrigo Seiji

Rodrigo Seiji raised to 100,000 on the button and Jamil Wakil defended the big blind.

"How much do you have?" Wakil asked and Seiji replied "more than two, and you?" Wakil replied with a 1.6 million and they headed to the {10-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop on which Wakil check-called for 90,000.

Both then checked down the {5-Diamonds} turn and {a-Spades} river.

"Queen high," Wakil announced and Seiji was rather stunned, then tapped the table in defeat when he was shown the {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}.

"Am I the worst player in the world?" Seiji grinned and Maher Nouira replied back "not the worst ... but close ...," after which Seiji added "but he is the best," pointing at Wakil.

The "worst player in the world" still leads the way with four remaining.

Nouira Stays Alive

Level 21 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Jorryt van Hoof raised to 100,000 on the button and Maher Nouira shoved all in as the short stack for 520,000 in the big blind. Van Hoof asked for a count and then called as he hunted another bounty.

Maher Nouira: {3-Spades}{3-Hearts}
Jorryt van Hoof: {10-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

The flop fell {k-Clubs}{5-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and Nouira took a huge lead with a set of threes. The {q-Spades} on the turn left van Hoof drawing dead to the {q-Diamonds} on the river.

"Great," van Hoof joked after the hand. "Just what everyone wanted."

Seiji Takes a Narrow Lead

Level 21 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Rodrigo Seiji raised on the button to 100,000 and was called by Jamil Wakil in the big blind. The {q-Spades}{5-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop was checked by Wakil and he then let go when Seiji bet 90,000.

Wakil limped the next small blind and Jorryt van Hoof knuckled it back. The two players checked to the {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{5-Hearts} river on which Wakil check-folded to a bet worth 135,000.

Last but not least, Wakil opened to 100,000 on the button for Seiji to defend the big blind. The {10-Hearts}{7-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop was checked by Seiji, who subsequently check-raised from 65,000 to 240,000 and forced a fold from Wakil once more.

Level 21 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Rodrigo Seiji raised to 125,000 in the small blind and Maher Nouira called in the big blind. The flop came {a-Spades}{q-Spades}{9-Clubs} and Seiji led out with a bet of 75,000. Nouira called and the {7-Diamonds} landed on the turn.
