Dvoress Doubles Through Addamo

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Daniel Dvoress
Daniel Dvoress

The completed board was down {j-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{3-Spades}{a-Hearts}{k-Spades}, and Daniel Dvoress had bet 165,000 from the big blind.

Michael Addamo responded by putting the maximum pressure on Dvoress and moved all in.

Dvoress was covered by Addamo and went into the tank. Dvoress threw a time-extension card into the middle to give himself an extra 30 seconds of thinking time, and when the clock had run down to five seconds remaining he called.

Addamo tabled {q-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for queen-high, and Dvoress secured the full double up with {a-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} for top pair.

Charlie Carrel

Charlie Carrel moved all in for 196,000 from the cutoff and Tomas Paiva snap-moved all in himself for 211,000 from the button. The blinds folded.

Charlie Carrel: {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}
Tomas Paiva: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

Carrel was covered by less than one big blind and got no help on the {2-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{4-Spades}{9-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} runout and was eliminated.

The tournament is now redrawing around two tables.

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Serdar Demircan
Serdar Demircan

Serdar Dermican moved all in for around 350,000 from middle position. It folded around to Michael Addamo in the big blind who called.

Demircan slammed the table, seemingly annoyed at having been called. He turned over {a-Clubs}{5-Spades} and was dominated by the {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} of Addamo.

The board ran out {q-Spades}{3-Hearts}{a-Spades}{3-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} and Demircan was eliminated in one of the first hands of the day.
