Kursevich Wins From Jais

Level 31 : 60,000/120,000, 10,000 ante

Vadzim Kursevich opened to 250,000 from the cutoff and big-blind-defender Bruno Jais called from there yet again.

The flop came down {Q-Spades}{9-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and both checked. When the {10-Diamonds} hit the turn, Jais bet 250,000. Kursevich called to see the {8-Hearts} river where Jais checked after a few moments. Kursevich fired 650,000 and took it down.

Kerignard Killing It

Don't hate the player.
Don't hate the player.

Facing a 250k open from Vadzim Kursevich, Yorane Kerignard pushed all in again and Kursevich made the quick call.

It was {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} for Kursevich, but Kerignard held {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}.

The {k-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} flop kept Kerignard in the lead, and although the {2-Clubs} turn gave Kursevich additional outs, the {7-Hearts} river wasn't one of them.

Once holding less than 10 big blinds and on life support, Kerignard is now a player again as Kursevich is slipping.

A Great Comeback on the Cards?

Yorane Kerignard has doubled up again and is looking to try and make the greatest comeback since Michael Martin a few seasons back at EPT London.

Vadzim Kursevich opened to 230,000 and tank called when the Frenchman three-bet all-in for 1,130,000 from the button.

Kursevich: {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts}
Kerignard: {6-Spades}{6-Hearts}

The board ran {8-Clubs}{7-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{10-Spades} to make Kerignard a straight. The partisan crown went wild-ish.

Another One For Kursevich

Level 31 : 60,000/120,000, 10,000 ante

Vadzim Kursevich raised to 250,000 in the cutoff and Bruno Jais once again defended his big blind.

The {Q-Spades}{5-Clubs}{5-Hearts} flop was checked by both and when the {6-Hearts} hit the turn, Jais checked one again. Kursevich bet an amount we didn't quite catch, but Jais did call to see the {Q-Spades} river. Both checked and Kursevich tabled {K-Hearts}{10-Hearts}.

King high was good and he took down the pot.

Kursevich Continues Climbing

Vadzim Kursevich made it 250k pre-flop, getting one caller in Olivier Rogez.

Rogez led out for 250,000 on the {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{4-Clubs} flop, but Kursevich was having none of it, raising it up to 555k total, pushing Rogez off the hand and moving above the six-million chip mark.

Kursevich Takes Another Off Than Trong

Level 31 : 60,000/120,000, 10,000 ante

Vadzim Kursevich is on a roll now after taking another pot off his neighbour, Vuong Than Trong.

Than Trong raised to 240,000 from the hijack and picked up calls from Kursevich and Bruno Jais in the big blind. The flop was dealt as {9-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{3-Spades} and Than Trong's 375,000 c-bet was only called by Kursevich. They were the last chips to venture into the middle as the {a-Spades}{k-Spades} turn and river were checked down .

Than Trong opened {j-Clubs}{9-Clubs} losing out to his opponent's {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}.

Vuong Than Trong raised to 240,000 on the button and Vadzim Kursecich popped it to 675,000 in the small blind. Paul Guichard gave up his big blind, Than Trong called, and a {5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop came down.

Kursevich bet 450,000, but was unable to shake Than Trong who called to see the {K-Hearts} hit the turn. Kursevich doubled his previous bet with 900,000 this time around. Than Trong thought for about a minute before giving it up.

Kursevich shoved {Q-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} for air as he collected the chips.

Kerignard Doubles

Holding less than seven big blinds, Yorane Kerignard shoved the small blind with {k-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and Bruno Jais made the easy call on {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}.

The {q-Spades}{j-Hearts}{4-Spades} took away Kerignard's king outs and he seemed out of hope after the {2-Hearts} turn.

Needing a six to stay alive, the river came the {6-Diamonds} and Kerignard moved back up to 12 big blinds.
