Both players checked the A♥J♣8♥, but Ayub bet 2,200,000 on the 8♦ which filled him up. Dumitrana made the call.
The K♠ completed the board and Ayub bet huge for 10,000,000. Dumitrana went through the action in his head but opted to fold and Ayub took the pot and the chip lead.
Not bad considering he was claiming he had no hands at all in the last two days earlier in the session.
Ben Clark bet 1,100,000 from early position and was called by Yanwen Li on the button and Ionut Dumitrana in the big blind.
The flop came Q♦5♣3♠ and all three checked. The 4♠ came on the turn and Dumitrana bet 2,000,000. Clark shoved for 5,250,000 and Li folded J♥9♥. Dumitrana made the call.

Clark pushed with the flush draw, but was behind to Dumitrana's top pair. The 8♣ landed on the river to send Clark to the rail in ninth place.
Ionut Dumitrana bet 1,100,000 from the hijack and was called by David Langsdale on the button. Hong Pham moved all in for 7,200,000.
Dumitrana used a time bank card and opted to fold, while Langsdale made the call.

Pham shoved at the wrong time, running into Langsdale's slow played ace-queen. The 5♥5♦4♠3♦10♠ board was brick city and Pham departed just short of the final table.
Ryan Cooper moved all in from under the gun for 5,500,000 and was called by Ali Ayub in the small blind.

Cooper and Ayub had a third all-in confrontation within an orbit and Ayub took a third and decisive victory after flopping a king on the K♠8♥4♦5♦10♦ to send Cooper home.

Ayub was behind but managed to find trip-nines to secure a double up on the 9♦7♥3♠9♥6♠. Two hands later the same players clashed again, this time Ayub was at risk for 4,800,000.

Cooper was crushed and couldn't improve on the J♥3♠3♦J♠2♦ and Ayub secured a second double up within three hands.
Foad Sattarzadeh bet 750,000 from the cutoff and was shoved on by Lin Chen on the button for 3,325,000.
A pained smile came across Sattarzadeh's face who was doing the math in his head and with five seconds left made the call.

Sattarzadeh was relieved to see it was a flip situation, however Chen won out after the double-paired board of K♠5♣4♥K♣5♥.
A frustrated Ali Ayub quipped "This is the problem when you get too many hands! This guy (Sattarzadeh) has had more hands in twenty minutes than I have in two days!"
Ali continued his complaining throughout the entire writing of this hand.
From 170 players down to 18, we have reached the final day of the EAPT UK Main Event at Dusk Till Dawn, Nottingham with Yanwen Li bringing in the chip lead vying for the top prize of £75,500.
Li who has only three recorded cashes has already guaranteed the biggest payday in her playing career. She took out one of the hot favorites in Francis Obadun in the small hours of Day 2 to finish with a stack of 22,450,000.
In second place is Ionut Dumitrana, who probably wishes this was a bounty tournament as he sent five players to the rail inside an hour late on Day 2. He will start today with 21,500,000.

Trevor Pearson brings the most experience to the final day with his first recorded cash back in 2007. Pearson reached back-to-back final tables at UKIPT Nottingham in 2014 and 2015 netting a cool £200,000 combined.
However, a big trophy has alluded Pearson and the EAPT UK Main Event trophy will nicely round his playing achievements.
Also in the hunt is rising star Hong Pham who has amassed $243,000 in live earnings in the past four years. Pham has ice running through her veins with a cool demeanor and ties her opponents in knots.

Each player has locked up a cash of £3,500, but the next elimination will see a pay jump to £4,000.
Cards will be in the air at 1 p.m. local time and the clock will be extended from 50 minutes per level to 60 minutes.
Players received their last top-up of time bank cards at the three-table redraw and will need to use them wisely if they need any on the final table.
