Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

From the button, Francesco Sergi announced all in for 345,000 and Ashish Gupta reshoved from the small blind. [Removed:17] folded and said "take my blind."

Sergi: {A-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Gupta: {A-Hearts}{K-Clubs}

Sergi was the player at risk but got there on the board {9-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{9-Spades}.

Sergi Wins Flip

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

From the button, a very short-stacked Francesco Sergi moved all in for 220,000 and Ashish Gupta made the call. [Removed:17] asked again to verify the shove was called, peeked at his cards and mucked.

Sergi: {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}
Gupta: {5-Spades}{5-Clubs}

Both over cards came on the {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}{2-Spades} flop and Sergi held onto the lead with the {9-Spades} turn and {6-Hearts} river.

Sam Steindl Eliminated in 4th Place ($35,420)

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante
Sam Steindl
Sam Steindl

Sam Steindl open-shoved his 560,000-chip stack and [Removed:17] came over the top all in for two and a half million more.

The rest of the table folded and Steindl got the bad news: He'd run the {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} into Yan's {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}.

The board rolled out {q-Clubs}{j-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{9-Hearts} and as Steindl hit the rail fourth, Yan took a massive chip lead into three-handed play.

Sergi vs Gupta

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Ashish Gupta raised to 80,000 and Francesco Sergi called in the big blind to see the flop come {6-Clubs}{8-Spades}{K-Diamonds}. Sergi led for 100,000 and was called, then check-folded the {5-Diamonds} turn when Gupta had bet 130,000. Sergi fell down to just over 12 big blinds.

They See him Raising; They Jammin

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Ashish Gupta raised to 85,000 and [Removed:17] shut down his opponent with a three-bet to 265,000.

Then, Yan raised to 80,000 and Sam Steindl moved all in to enforce a fold. Steindl did so again for another time, as Yan raised basically every hand.

Francesco Sergi also three-bet jammed to get through with it.

Max Chin Eliminated in 5th Place ($24,470)

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante
Max Chin
Max Chin

Max Chin open shoved for 435,000 and [Removed:17] pushed all in behind for heaps more.

The rest moved out of the way and Chin was in big trouble with the {a-Spades}{8-Spades} versus Yan's {j-Diamonds}{j-Spades}. Chin got no love from the {6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{q-Spades} board and hit the rail fifth as Yan extended his chip lead.

Yan Continues Domination

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

From the button, Sam Steindl raised to 90,000 and [Removed:17] three-bet to 230,000 from the small blind to scoop the pot. Yan had the button the next hand and folded, Francesco Sergi found the {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts} and picked up the blinds and antes. "You play every button, just not me?!"

One orbit later, Steindl raised to 110,000 from the small blind and Yan glanced over for the stack of his opponent before making the call. On the flop {7-Spades}{8-Clubs}{7-Hearts} both players checked. The {K-Diamonds} turn saw Steindl bet 105,000 and Yan called before the Aussie checked the {7-Clubs} river.

Yan's value bet for 155,000 was called and Steindl then sighed when he was shown {K-Spades}{9-Clubs} as the winning hand by his opponent.

Yan Runs Things

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

In the last hand at the last level, [Removed:17] defended his big blind against a Max Chin 65,000-chip open and they both checked the {5-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop.

The {8-Hearts} turn brought a 120,000-chip lead from Yan and after Chin called, the {9-Hearts} river was revealed.

Yan fired out a 300,000-chip bet and after a minute considering it, Chin folded.
