Da-Silva Eliminated by Sanchez Diaz

Level 15 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Chris Da-Silva
Chris Da-Silva

In a battle cutoff versus button, Chris Da-Silva ended up as the player at risk for around 195,000 with the {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades} after he had called the shove of the Spaniard with fewer chips.

Chris Da-Silva: {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}
Carlos Sanchez Diaz: {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}

There was no help for Da-Silva on a board of {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}{8-Spades}{3-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and the field was reduced to the last 14 hopefuls.

Philipps Eliminated by Clark

Level 15 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Down to the last 180,000, Ben Philipps was all in with the {K-Clubs}{Q-Spades} and Jonathan Clark in the big blind called with {A-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}. The board came {A-Spades}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} and Philipps was drawing dead on the turn. The stack of Clark was counted and he had Philipps covered by a mere 3,000 chips.

No Miracle for Saderne

Level 14 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Jeremy Saderne jammed first to act for the last 1,000 and Pascal Pflock limped the small blind. Kalidou Sow raised to 31,000 in the big blind and Pflock called. The {J-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{5-Diamonds} flop was checked and a bet by Pflock on the {3-Clubs} turn forced a fold from Sow.

Pflock showed the {6-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and Saderne could turn his one chip into 15,000 if he were to hit with his {K-Diamonds}{10-Spades}. The river was the {2-Diamonds} and Saderne exited in 17th place. A redraw for the last two tables will take place momentarily.

One Chip for Saderne; Cojocaru Eliminated

Level 14 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Martin Donoghue finished off the job he had started when he looked up Vadim Cojocaru with {K-Hearts}{J-Hearts} and had his opponent dominated, as Cojocaru only held {K-Spades}{8-Hearts}. The {J-Spades}{3-Clubs}{3-Hearts} flop all but sealed it, and the {10-Spades} turn and {9-Spades} river were a formality,

Jeremy Saderne jammed the small blind and Jonathan Clark called in the big blind.

Both had near identical stacks and Saderne showed {K-Clubs}{9-Hearts}, Clark was at risk with {10-Spades}{7-Spades}. The board came {A-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{A-Spades}{6-Clubs} and Clark doubled for 94,000, leaving Saderne with one T-1,000 chip.
