As well as the PokerNews live updates, there has been plenty of side event action at Playground as it hosts the WSOP Circuit festival.

One player who has added another WSOP Circuit ring to their poker resume is Duff Charette. Having won his first WSOP Circuit ring in may, Charette ran deep in three events at WSOP Circuit Calgary earlier this month. He picked up his second Circuit ring in the Flip N'Go event for C$16,097, cashing for over $C70,000 in the festival.

He's now won his second in a matter of weeks, also in a Flip N'Go event, but this time at Playground.

WSOP-C Playground Event #3: $400 Senior Results

Weijie Zhang

Canada's Weijie Zhang secured only the third cash of his career after taking down Event #3: $400 Seniors Event.

Earlier this month he finished 53rd in a WSOP Circuit Calgary ring event for C$1,140, but here he secured the biggest cash of his career, winning $11,460 after defeating a field of 126 entries.

WSOP-C Playground Event #4: $600 Pot Limit Omaha Monster Stack Results

Meanwhile in the PLO Monster Stack, Stevan Siveski topped a field of 158 players to notch yet another Canadian circuit cash in Event #4: $600 Pot Limit Omaha Monster Stack.

After cashing three times at the WSOP Circuit in Montreal in April, he secured the largest cash of his career and a WSOP Circuit ring after defeating Charles-Alexandre Bergeron heads-up.

WSOP-C Playground Event #5: $250 Flip N'Go (Go Stage) Results

Duff Charette

There was an all-Canadian final table in the Go Stage of the Flip N'Go, which attracted 216 registrations and created an enormous $49,680 prize pool. The winner was Duff Charette who has grabbed his second WSOP Circuit ring in the space of two weeks.

He defeated Frederic Moss to add yet another title to his poker resume.

Another Canadian WSOP Circuit regular is Johan Levyssohn who has grabbed C$10,130 in Event #7: $400 Bounty and his first career poker tournament victory.

He defeated a 194-player field to win his first WSOP Circuit ring.
