Right as the final table of the Big One for One Drop Extravaganza plays in the stunning setup of the Casino de Monte Carlo in Monaco, another iconic location gets ready to celebrate Europe's next big poker event.

Starting from October 27, the King's Casino in Rozvadov, Czech Republic, will become once again the hottest spot on the continent with a new World Series of Poker Circuit event, the second to ever take place in Europe's largest card room.

The event runs through November 14 and promises 19 days of terrific poker action with 14 WSOP Circuit gold rings events and a combined prize pool of more than €2,250,000.

The highlight of the festival is the four-day €1,650 Main Event that features big round €1,000,000 guarantee. The Main Event kicks off with two opening days on November 11-12, followed by two more days of action on November 13-14.

Those who don't want to pony-up the full buy-in fee can also try one of the qualifiers that will run at King's before the event or join one of the many online satellites running daily at 888poker.

Back in 2015, the first WSOPC event to ever take place at the King's Casino was a tremendous success. Last November, the Main Event alone attracted a field of 715 generating a €1,021,911 prize pool, which set a new record for the largest WSOP Circuit Main Event to be held outside the United States.

In that event, Poland's Mateusz Dziewonski defeated Ireland's Andrew King in heads-up play to win the top prize of €206,927.

As it happened one year ago, the winner of the WSOP Circuit Rozvadov Main Event and the Player of the Series will bot receive a free entry into the 2016 WSOP Global Casino Championship, where at least €1 million in guaranteed prizes will go to the winners.

Other marquee events on the schedule include the €300,000 GTD. €299 WSOP Circuit Opening Event (Oct.27-31), the €250,000 GTD. €550 WSOP Circuit Monster Stack (Nov. 2-7), and the 888poker-sponsored 888 WSOP Circuit Crazy Eights (Nov.6-9) that carries a €200,000 guarantee. While the latter features a €888 buy-in, those with an account at 888poker can qualify for it for much less through the satellites currently running on the platform.

Some of the biggest names in the game are also expected to join the two high roller events in the schedule. Those who can afford the highest buy-ins have already their eyes set on the €2,000 WSOP Circuit PLO High Roller is scheduled for November 8-10, and on the €5,300 WSOP Circuit NLH High Roller on November 10-11, with both events guaranteeing a €100,000 prize pool each.

Amongst those who are already sure to be at King's for the WSOPC event are 888poker pros Natalie Hoff and Sofia Lovgren, and Czech poker hero Vojtech Ruzicka, who announced his intention to fly to Rozvadov straight from Las Vegas where he will battle for the title of WSOP Main Event champion from October 30.

Also, King's famous cash action will run alongside the WSOPC events, with ring games at all stakes, spread across of a variety of poker formats being available 24 hours a day.

The Perfect Time to Discover King's Casino

"We are delighted to welcome the WSOP Circuit back to King's and after the great success last year we are looking to make it bigger and even better this year," King's Casino owner Leon Tsoukernik said. "As Europe's biggest card room we have increased the number of events and guaranteed prize money for this year's circuit event, and we intend to continue this positive forward direction."

"I feel very comfortable with big events and I am sure our biggest partners are comfortable with us, too," Tsoukernik continued. "People trust our work and our brand. They know that when they bring their events to King's, the team of professionals they find here is a guarantee for success."

WSOP Director Gregory Chochon also said to be looking forward to the event and to be sure that this year's WSOP Circuit at King's Casino will build on the big success of last year. "The WSOP Circuit continues to expand into Europe and we were thrilled with the huge turnout for the event at King's last year when we came to the Czech Republic for the very first time. We are hoping for more of the same and more this year!"

Those who will join the event will have the opportunity to discover King's Casino brand new restaurant, where the restaurant manager Brando and his team offer one of the best culinary experiences in the country with delicacies like Kobe beef and fresh lobster available for the most demanding guests.

The new restaurant, which November Nine Ruzicka said to consider as one of the best in the country, is part of an ambitious 20 million Euro extension plan that Tsoukernik discussed with PokerNews in September.
