Here's How to Qualify for the $40 Million Guaranteed WPT World Championship
If you're a poker player with dreams of playing in the $40 million guaranteed World Poker Tour (WPT) World Championship in Las Vegas later this year, you are in luck. That's because WPT expects more than 1,000 players to qualify for the $10,400 buy-in event through online and live qualifying events.
Satellites to the WPT World Championship, which has the largest guaranteed prize pool in poker history and will take place at Wynn Las Vegas, are being offered through WPT Global, ClubWPT, Wynn Las Vegas and WPT casino partners around the world.

Ways to Qualify For The WPT World Championship
There are plenty of ways to qualify for the WPT World Championship, including through direct qualifiers running every Sunday on WPT Global. The $1,060 buy-in satellites get underway at 5:30 p.m. ET and guarantee eight $12,400 passports, as well as $220 buy-in events at 7:30 p.m. that guarantee one $12,400 passport. Players can win their way into these qualifiers through feeder tournaments with buy-ins as low as $5.
In addition to direct satellites on WPT Global, players can qualify through the upcoming WPT Global Fall Festival, a monthly Discord Tournament challenge, weekly Scavenger Hunt, PLO Rake Challenge and Kings of Cash promotion.
Meanwhile, ClubWPT has already awarded ten WPT World Championship Passports to players across the US and will award ten more in the $1500,000 WPT World Championship Challenge 300-player finale on Nov. 5. There will be additional satellite opportunities for ClubWPT members to win Passports on Oct. 8 and Oct. 15.
There are more ClubWPT opportunities to come in addition to over 70 qualifiers being able to compete in the $5 million guaranteed WPT Prime Championship.
As for live opportunities to qualify, Wynn Las Vegas will hold ten $1,100 buy-in WPT World Championship satellites in December amidst the festival, nine of which guarantee 25 seats and one of which guarantees 75 seats.
Additional live satellites and promotions will be running at WPT partner casinos, including bestbet Jacksonville, Bicycle Casino, Card Casino Bratislava, Gardens Casino, Malta Poker Festival, Playground Poker Club, Seminole Hard Rock Casino, TexaPoker, The Star Gold Coast and Thunder Valley Casino.
