The 2020 WSOP Online may be over but you can still play for massive prizes each and every week in GGPoker’s MILLION$ tournaments.

MILLION$ are a line-up of four value-packed weekly tournaments that have combined guarantees of more than $6 million! Buy-ins start as low as ¥500 (approx. $75) and increase to an eye-watering $10,000. There are dozens of satellites running throughout the week that feed into these tournaments. GGPoker makes it possible for players of all bankrolls to have a shot at the big time.

Zodiac MILLION$

The Zodiac MILLION$ is weekly tournament billed as the biggest weekly tournament aimed at Asia-Pacific players. It features several flights during the week with the final held on Sunday.

Zodiac MILLION$ costs ¥500 to enter, which is approximately $75 and features a ¥1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool ($150,000).

Like the other MILLON$ events, you can play in as many flights as you wish, but only your largest stack goes through to the final should you manage to progress more than once.

Global MILLION$

GGPoker’s Global MILLION$ has rapidly become must-play tournament each week. The event commands a buy-in of $100, unless you win your way in with T$ or via a satellite, and for that sum you receive 10,000-chips and a shot at a $1 million guaranteed prize pool.

Day 1s run several times per day, giving players more flexibility with their schedule. Make it through to the end of the 15th level and you’ll take your seat in Sunday’s final where the big bucks are awarded.

This week’s event has received the GGSOP treatment meaning GGPoker has upped the guarantee to $2 million despite keeping the buy-in at $100. Several flights are still to play, but there more than 3,500 players have bought in so far (at time of writing).

High Roller MILLION$

The High Roller MILLION$ is exactly what it sounds like, a MILLION$ event aimed at higher stakes players. You’ll need to fork out $500 each time you want to compete on a Day 1 but it’ll be worth it in the end because a share of at least $2 million is up for grabs.

The latest edition of the High Roller MILLION$ saw 576 players progress to the final day and the top 450 finishers receive a slice of the $2 million prize pool. A min-cash weighed in at $1,155 but this rapidly increased to the point where each o the nine players at the final table locked up $16,205.

That final table ended in a three-handed deal that saw Douglas “SEPOLAGUOD” Lopes emerge as the champion and get his hands on $256,974. Joaquin “Pukambi” Melogno was the runner-up and Thales “qwerqwerqwer” Koppe the third-place finisher; they walked away with $246,093 and $215,553 respectively.

Super MILLION$

If you thought the High Roller MILLION$ looked exciting, wait until you get a load of the Super MILLION$! This $10,000 buy-in event isn’t for the faint-hearted, not least because there’s a guaranteed $3 million waiting to be won. The monster-sized prize pool combined with a high buy-in means the world’s best players are drawn to it like a moth to a flame.

There’s only one Day 1 for the Super MILLION$, which is at 7:00 p.m. CEST every Sunday. Players are permitted to re-enter as many times as they wish during the late registration period of 16x 15-minute levels.

Play pauses when the nine-handed final table is reached and these nine stars return to the fray at 7:00 p.m. CEST the following Tuesday.

It shouldn’t be surprising to discover this particular MILLION$ pays out huge. Brazilian pro Bruno Volkmann triumphed in the latest edition and saw his GGPoker account swell by $564,947. Volkmann defeated South Africa’s Jean-Pierre “Kunkuwap” Van Der Spuy heads-up, resigning the runner-up to a $419,880 consolation prize. Even the third-place finishers, Matthias Eibinger, reeled in a $312,064 prize!

Several high profile stars have triumphed in the Super MILLION$ recently. The likes of Artur Martirosian ($442,184), Michael Addamo ($392,925), Jon Van Fleet ($493,894), Vicent Ramon ($475,768), and Isaac Baron ($636,168) have all won massive prizes.

Impressive as those scores were, they were blown out of the water by the $1,435,048 claimed by Connor Drinan. Drinan’s seven-figure haul came courtesy of winning the WSOP edition of the Super MILLION$.
