888poker Launches the $1 Million Treasure Quest
The New Year may be less than a week old, but that has not stopped 888poker from launching its first major poker promotion of 2017, namely the $1,000,000 Treasure Quest.
Treasure Quest runs from Jan. 3 through Feb. 25 and guarantees a staggering $1 million in prizes. Like past 888poker promotions, Treasure Quest revolves around completing missions within a player’s 888poker account, however, this particular promotion is more innovative as it requires players to complete a special treasure map grid in exchange for prizes.
When a player completes a mission, a random prize is awarded. This will, most frequently, provide entry into a $6,000 Pirate's Prizes freeroll tournament, but there are also cash bonuses of $1, $5 and $50 available.

Like in a game of bingo, 888poker awards prizes for completing any line across or down the treasure map, which is set out as a 5 by 5 grid. Completing a line guarantees a cash bonus of at least $5, although larger cash hauls of $10, $50, $500 and $5,000 are also highlighted on the payout table.

Anyone completing the entire board is guaranteed to collect a cash bonus of $20, but it is possible to walk away with a cool $100,000 in cash.

Cash bonuses awarded during the Promotion may be withdrawn only after a player has accumulated 3.5 Bonus Points for every $1 of the received bonus amount.
In addition to the cash prizes, bonuses and freeroll entries, there is $9,000 to be won every day in the Treasure Quest tournaments. Two $1,500 Treasure Quest tournaments run every day at 11:04 a.m. and 5:04 p.m. GMT until Feb. 25, which are free to enter, and one $6,000 Pirate’s Prize tournament, which requires a ticket to enter, at 9:08 p.m. daily until Feb. 25.
