Day 1 players sit behind a 100,000 starting stack with a €235 bounty on their heads. Eliminate an opponent, and you'll win 50% of their bounty instantly. The remaining 50% will be added to your bounty, making you a more attractive target for your opponents.
Late registration remains open until the end of the 17th level, with each level spanning 12 minutes. Up to nine re-entries are permitted during the late registration period, and each Day 1 ends after completing 22 levels.
It is worth noting that the AAC Championship Event is a Stack Builder Flighted Event. For the uninitiated, this means that players can play and qualify in multiple Day 1s, and all their qualifying stacks and bounties are combined on Day 2. Nine Day 1s remain between November 21 and December 2, with Day 2 scheduled to shuffle up and deal at 8:30 p.m. on December 2.
