PokerStars Blog Celebrating 10th Anniversary
It's hard to believe it has been 10 years since PokerStars Head of Blogging Brad Willis created the first post on the PokerStars blog on April 24, 2005.
Things have certainly changed in the online poker world since PokerStars began its blog. Ten years ago, the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 (UIGEA) was yet to be passed in the United States, mobile poker was still just a figment of our imagination, and popular fast-fold poker games such as Zoom Poker were unheard of.
To help celebrate, the PokerStars Blog will not only feature stories and flashbacks to the past, but also are hosting four $500 password-protected freerolls taking place from April 20-23. The passwords will be released each day on the PokerStars Blog at the end of the stories celebrating the company's 10th anniversary of creating its blog.
The remaining freerolls take place on April 21 at 20:00 ET, April 22 at 6:00 ET, and April 23 at 19:00 ET. Congrats to the PokerStars blogging team for a great 10 years.

Learn Fixed-Limit Stud Hi-Lo
The classic game of seven-card stud hi-lo is this week's Game of the Week at Full Tilt. Many of us that began playing poker before the online poker boom are very familiar with this game and other variations of stud.

Become a King of Sin City
For the second straight year, partypoker and the World Poker Tour (WPT) are teaming up to bring an exciting WPT500 event at the Aria Resort and Casino in July. This year the event keeps its reasonable $565 buy-in, however, the guaranteed prize pool has been doubled from $1 million to $2 million.
Partypoker players will have a chance in the Kings of Vegas freerolls to head to Las Vegas this summer to play in the WPT500 Aria with one of the 25 free packages this promotion is rewarding, each valued at $6,000.
