Garden City Group Sends Emails to All Full Tilt Poker Users; Starts Fielding Petitions
On Monday and Tuesday, the Garden City Group, Inc. (GCG), the company tasked with redistributing seized Full Tilt Poker funds, sent email notices to "all potentially eligible petitioners GCG identified utilizing data supplied by Full Tilt Poker." The GCG will attempt to re-send any emails that "bounced back," and if customers expect to receive an email but haven't yet, then they are asked to, "please allow 2-3 additional days, as GCG attempts to resend emails, and then you may file a new Petition for Remission."
Those that received an email are asked to log on to the GCG website to start the petition process. The GCG will start accepting Petitions for Remission on Wednesday and finish on Nov. 16, 2013. A tab on the left menu will allow for this.
Individuals who registered on the website FullTiltPokerClaims.com but were not identified as potentially eligible petitioners will not receive an email with log on credentials.
