One of the most exciting online poker festivals is back. More than $3 million is up for grabs in Full Tilt Poker’s MiniFTOPS, which features low entry buy-ins with huge guarantees.

MiniFTOPS XXIII, which consists of 39 events across 15 days, begins Sunday, Sept. 8 and will run until Sept. 22. The schedule consists of various tournament types and structures including seven re-entry tournaments and five Rush Poker Tournaments.

Three new game variants recently introduced at Full Tilt Poker will also be implemented in the tournament series, including 5-Card Omaha (Event #9), 6-Card Omaha (Event #28), and Courchevel (Event #13).

Courchevel is a variant of Omaha in which players are dealt five hole cards instead of four before the flop, along with a single shared community card known as the flopet. On the flop, two more community cards are revealed. Courchevel then proceeds similarly to a standard Omaha hand, with players required to use exactly two of their five hole cards and three of the community cards to make the best five-card hand at showdown.

“MiniFTOPS XXIII gives all our players the opportunity to compete for huge prize pools,” said Full Tilt Poker’s Head of Marketing, Sarne Lightman. “With three new tournament types added it’s also a good chance for players to experience the thrill of the new games on offer at Full Tilt Poker.”

Kick-starting the FTOPS XXIII action is Event #1, a $22 No Limit Hold’em tournament with a $200,000 guarantee. Other series highlights include a two-day event with $200+$15 buy-in and $400,000 in guaranteed prize money along with a $24+$2 No-Limit Hold’em 6-Max Knockout Event. Culminating the action is a $70+$5 No Limit Hold'em Re-Entry Main Event featuring a guaranteed prize pool of $750,000.

In MiniFTOPS XXII earlier this year, "Lawnmower0" outlasted 13,565 entries in the Main Event to win more than $150,000, while "Joao Dianda" earned almost $100,000 in the ever-popular Two-Day Event.

Direct buy-ins for the tournament series start at just $10+$1 or players can satellite through from $0.50 or 50 Full Tilt Points.
