Are you looking to for a last minute poker holiday this summer? Looking to head away for a short break to play cards in some of Europe's most beautiful cities? PokerNews has put together a short list of six great live poker festivals taking place this month.

If you haven't had the chance to check out some of Europe's best up-and-coming poker tours, then here's your chance. From the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour (GUKPT) to the Unibet Open, and covering such diverse destinations from Nova Gorica to Rozvadov, you'll be sure to find something to suit your fancy.

PokerStars.net King's Cup Turbo Edition, Rozvadov, Czech Republic – Sept. 3-6

King's Casino in Rozvadov is one of the most celebrated poker destinations in Europe, and you can play there with the PokerStars.net King's Cup.

With a €200,000 guarantee for just a €330 buy-in and live satellites starting from €30 — plus various ways to qualify online through the PokerStars client — you'd be silly to miss out on this event!

For those with a bigger bankroll, you can enjoy a €1,100 High Roller, 24-hour cash games, and a whole series of turbo-variant side games to suit your buy-in level.

Italian Poker Tour, Nova Gorica, Slovenia – Sept. 10-14

So far this season on the Italian Poker Tour (IPT), players visited Malta in spring and Saint Vincent early in August. Now it's time for a trip to beautiful Nova Gorica in Slovenia. The stunning destination was visited twice by the IPT last season where first Marko Mikovic and then Igor Sala added tournament wins to their poker résumés, taking home €89,000 and €70,000 respectively.

This year Nova Gorica is running a whole host of tournaments, from the €1,100 Main Event and the €2,200 High Roller, to the smaller buy-in Nova Gorica Cup, which comes with a buy-in of only €330. The stop also runs several turbo side events including deepstack and bounty tournaments.

For further info about this event, please visit the IPT official website.

Grosvenor UK Poker Tour, Luton, U.K. - Sept. 13-20

The seventh leg of this year's Grosvenor UK Poker Tour hits Luton with a £1,090 Main Event. The GUKPT is in its ninth season, and with this year being made up of eight legs and then a Grand Final in London, it's not too late for you to take part in one of the UK's fastest growing poker tours.

Live satellites start from just £30, as well as six-max, 4/5/6 Omaha and bounty tournaments.

There is so much to choose from at Montesino Pokertainment Centre from the €340 buy-in WPT Warm Up to the €1,100 Main Event. That's not even mentioning the €2,500 High Roller.

Previous destinations of these partypoker-branded events have included Brussels, London, Cannes and Sanremo. With only a few stops in Europe left this year, make sure you grab your get on the ball today!

Unibet Open, Cannes, France – Sept. 17-20

The self-proclaimed "Most Exciting Poker Tournament in Europe,'" the Unibet Open heads to the south of France this September for its €1,100 Main Event.

So far this year the live events organized by Unibet Poker have visited Copenhagen and Glasgow, and everyone is looking forward to seeing who will add their name to Theis Vad Hennebjerre and Daniel Chutrov as 2015 Unibet Open Champions!

The venue is the luxurious Casino Barrière La Croisette, which has been the traditional venue for Unibet Open events since 2013. Players will be accommodated just a stone's throw away from the tables and will be able to enjoy welcome drinks on September 17 and a player's party on September 19.

888Live Local Series, Madrid, Spain – Sept. 25-27

With the cheapest Main Event on this list at €220, and the chance to check out the historic Spanish capital of Madrid, it would be well worth checking out the 888Live Local Series in Madrid towards the end of the month.

The penultimate event in the 888poker's 2015 Live Local Series, the series has visited such European destinations as Bilbao, Tallinn and Cyprus. The series is famous for mixing culture and poker in an exciting way which has tournament players coming back for more!
