Sandford Secures Chips

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Olivier Dinand, George Sandford, and Markus Anheier were three-way to a turn of 94K4. Anheier put in 17,000 from the small blind and was called by Sandford in middle position.

Anheier then raised to 50,000, seeing Dinand muck his cards. Sandford, however, called to the 9 river, where he led out for 45,000.

After some deliberation, Anheier decided to fold, showing the 4 while passing the other three cards face-down.

Schauman Doubles Through Singer

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

With roughly 50,000 in the pot on a flop showing 876. Martin Schamaun got his last 60,000 into the middle from the big blind with Emanuel Singer being the player to put him at risk from the button.

Martin Schamaun: AK98 All in
Emanuel Singer: KQJ5

Schauman was ahead with a pair of eights, but Singer had a lot of outs to send him to the rail. The 3 turn and 7 river were safe for Schauman and he doubled up.

Singer was left with just four big blinds and was eliminated a few hands later.

Javier Francort
Javier Francort

Javier Francort had gone all in from the big blind for his final 25,000 and was called by Hokyiu Lee on the button and Dennis Weiss in the small blind.

The flop fell 585 and was checked by Weiss. Lee added 20,000 to the dry side pot, which was called by Weiss. Lee sized up to 40,000 on the K turn, which was enough to get Weiss out of the hand and get the other players to showdown.
