Ermanno Di Nicola moved all in for 1,625,000 on the button and Elia Salerno called in the big blind.

Ermanno Di Nicola: AJ
Elia Salerno: 33

Di Nicola's hopes appeared bleak after the 3Q8 flop gave Salerno a set. Di Nicola got up from his seat and was about to leave the tournament area as the dealer flipped over the 10 turn.

Di Nicola realized he picked up a straight draw and stayed behind to watch as the K fell on the river to give him the straight. Salerno let out a loud groan and was still shaking his head several minutes later as Di Nicola miraculously stayed alive.
