Stefan Pezzarossa Eliminated in 10th Place (€8,022)

Level 35 : Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Stefan Pezzarossa
Stefan Pezzarossa

Andras Balogh got through with a three-bet shove against Florin Bilan, who then faced the open shove by Stefan Pezzarossa for what appeared to be more than 3.5 million. Bilan gave it some thought and flicked in a call.

Stefan Pezzarossa: KJ
Florin Bilan: A10

Bilan retained his lead on the 1062 flop but had a lot of outs to dodge on the 6 turn. Pezzarossa needed a king, jack or diamond except for the ace to double. However, none of those came as the 9 river brought the field down to the last nine players.

There will now be an extended break ahead of the unofficial final table.

Lukas Pazma called in the big blind with Q6 and Stanislav Koleno checked his big blind option with 105 to the 10AQ flop.

Both players hit the flop but checked to the 5 turn, where Pazma led out for 300,000 and Koleno called.

The 9 river saw Pazma check to Koleno, who fired 1,100,000 with his two pair. Pazma took some time but made the fold, as Koleno took down the pot.

Pazma Unstoppable for Now

Level 35 : Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Lukas Pazma opened to 650,000 with the AQ and Stephan Glausch called with the K10 in the big blind.

Following the J53 flop, Glausch check-raised from 450,000 to 1,200,000 and the chip leader stuck around to the 9 turn. Glausch opted to check and Pazma checked it back to see the 6 river for free.

The Austrian gave up and checked, Pazma instantly checked it back to win another pot.

Drusca Doubles Back

Level 35 : Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Stefan Drusca and Iman Ghashayar tangled again, this time with Drusca moving all in from under the gun for his last 3,450,000 and Ghashayar calling in the small blind.

Stefan Drusca: A3
Iman Ghashayar: AJ

Drusca found some immediate help on the 10K3 flop, hitting a pair to take the lead. The A turn changed nothing while the 6 river cemented Drusca's double up, recovering some of his chips from Ghashayar.

Wladimir Gerner moved all-in for the second hand in a row, this time for 2,990,000 in the cutoff. Florin Bilan asked for a count on the button and pushed all-in over the top, the blinds folded.

Wladimir Gerner: QJ
Florin Bilan: KK

The suited connectors found one more spade on the 652 flop to keep the hopes of Gerner alive. However, it was all over with the 7 turn and the 4 river became meaningless as Gerner had to settle for 12th place.

Stephan Glausch
Stephan Glausch

Over on the feature table, Alessandro De Michele opened to 625,000 and Stephan Glausch called in the big blind with the K3. The 1093 flop saw Glausch with a check-call for 350,000 and both checked the 5 turn.

That led to the A river on which Glausch checked again. De Michele now bet 1,100,000 without his cards showing yet. Glausch sighed instantly and the Austrian called two minutes later.

De Michele then turned over his J7 for a bluff and Glausch fist-pumped to his rail.
