Tran Bets Out Fritsche

Level 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Tony Tran
Tony Tran

Tony Tran opened to 24,000 in late position and was only called by Peter Fritsche in the big blind.

Tran bet 30,000 on the {7-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop and was called. Both players checked through the {2-Hearts} turn before Fritsche fired for 75,000 on the {10-Clubs} river.

Tran pumped it up to 200,000 and his opponent snap-folded, "queen-jack of clubs one time," Tran pleaded implying he had the nut flush.

Level 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Vojtech Ruzicka raised to 26,000 from the cutoff and got a call from Riadh Farfat on the button and Thomas Denie in the big blind.

The flop came {a-Hearts}{6-Spades}{5-Clubs} and after the check of Denie, Ruzicka continued for 35,000 to get a call only from Denie.

The turn was the {8-Diamonds} and Denie check-called a 118,000 bet from Ruzicka.

The river was the {8-Hearts} and both players checked, for Denie to pick up the pot with a full house {8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}.

Another Double for Feng

Level 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Daniel Rezaei Zhao Feng
Daniel Rezaei Zhao Feng

Zhao Feng defended the big blind against Daniel Rezaei and then check-called a bet worth 40,000 on the {j-Spades}{10-Clubs}{2-Spades} flop. After the {k-Diamonds} turn, Feng checked again and Rezaei now bet 125,000. The shove by Feng for 309,000 followed and Rezaei called.

Zhao Feng: {q-Hearts}{9-Clubs}
Daniel Rezaei: {9-Spades}{4-Spades}

Rezaei needed a spade to win and a queen to chop but found neither on the {2-Clubs} river as Feng doubled once more.

Hallay Felts Tounnouti

Level 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Axel Hallay
Axel Hallay

Enrico Campanile opened to 27,000 before Mourad Tounnouti ripped his stack in for just shy of 200,000.

Axel Hallay flicked a chip in for a call and Campanile open-folded his ace-king before Tounnouti and Hallay went to a runout.

Mourad Tounnouti: {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}
Axel Hallay: {j-Hearts}{j-Spades}

Tounnouti was confident that he'd hit a quuen but that quickly eroded after the {10-Spades}{4-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop.

The {8-Diamonds} turn didn't help and Hally called for a deuce, the dealer complied with the {2-Diamonds} river and Tounnouti's tournament was over.
