Dovzhenko Sccops From Santos

Level 19 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Alexander Dovzhenko opened from under the gun to 40,000 and was called by Michael Santos and Johannes Jonkers in the blinds.

Dovzhenko continued for 60,000 and only Santos called before the {10-Spades} river was checked through. Santos fired for 100,000 on the {j-Diamonds} river and Dovzhenko wasted little time calling.

Santos turned over the "dirty diaper" {3-Hearts}{2-Hearts} while his opponent scooped holding {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs}.

Flush Over Flush for Svoboda

Level 19 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

The flop was {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and Petr Svoboda bet 100,000 into two opponents, Karim Ryadi and Dimitar Yosifov.

Both of them called and the turn was the {2-Hearts} with all players checking.

The river opened the {j-Clubs} and after the check of Ryadi, Yosifov bet 275,000 which was snap-called by Svoboda. Ryadi folded.

Yosifov showed {8-Hearts}{5-Hearts} for an eight-high flush while Svoboda had the goods with {a-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for an ace-high flush and took the pot down.

Level 19 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Jakob Miegel
Jakob Miegel

Jakob Miegel got his stack in after the {10-Spades}{8-Spades}{6-Diamonds} flop after he faced a bet worth 200,000 by Ioannis Chaitas and was quickly looked up.

Jakob Miegel: {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Ioannis Chaitas: {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

The {4-Spades} turn was an additional sweat for Miegel with the nut flush draw but the {2-Diamonds} river was a blank.

Kuzmanovic Busts Kolonias and Ortlieb

Level 19 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Alexandros Kolonias
Alexandros Kolonias

The action started with a raise by the defending champion Alexandros Kolonias in the cutoff and Boris Kuzmanovic called in the small blind.

Daniel Ortlieb then jammed for 320,000 in the big blind and Kolonias called all-in for 300,000, Kuzmanovic then beat his two opponents into the pot.

Alexandros Kolonias: {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}
Daniel Ortlieb: {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Boris Kuzmanovic: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}

The {8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{4-Spades} board delivered no help to either short stack and Kuzmanovic scored the double knockout, ending Kolonias' big to defend his title.

Baltateanu Doubles Through Lalos

Level 19 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Silviu Baltateanu loudly celebrated his short stack double for the last 245,000 after he had won a standard tournament flip with the {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}. Sasa Lalos was ahead with the {9-Clubs}{9-Spades} throughout the {k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{7-Spades} flop and {2-Clubs} turn. However, the {a-Spades} fell on the river and that improved Baltateanu.

Eljach Eliminated by Svoboda

Level 19 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Omar Eljach
Omar Eljach

Omar Eljach had nursed a short stack for a longer period already and then got it in from the big blind on the {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} flop. He was instantly looked up by Petr Svoboda from one seat over in the under-the-gun position.

Omar Eljach: {10-Spades}{6-Spades}
Petr Svoboda: {8-Clubs}{8-Spades}

The {3-Clubs} turn and {6-Diamonds} river were of no help to the Swede and he became the next casualty after the dinner break.
