Tonny Krijn raised to 125,000 in the cutoff and earned a call by Nikola Minkov out of the big blind. The flop went check, check, and Minkov then bet the turn for 275,000. No call followed as Krijn sent his cards into the muck.
Just before the blinds went up, Maximilian Klostermeier raised and was called by Veselin Karakitukov. They checked the flop and Karakitukov check-folded the turn when facing a bet worth 175,000.
The next hand brought a cutoff raise by Nikola Minkov and Patrik Jaros came along in the big blind. The flop was checked by both. Jaros bet the turn for 80,000 to earn a call and bet the river for what appeared to be 220,000.

Italy's Armando D'Avanzo was among the shortest stacks heading into Day 2 but his steady rise continues. The Italian just bet a heads-up turn of and found no caller to claim the pot uncontested.
Didier Rabl limped in from the cutoff and Patrik Jaros raised the pot to 150,000 out of the small blind, which Rabl called with some 255,000 behind. On the flop, Jaros bet the pot and that sent Rabl into a short tank. He then shrugged and moved forward his stack for the all-in call.

The turn gave Rabl two pair but they were no good as the river improved Jaros to a flush, sending Rabl out in 15th place for €11,293.
In the last hand before the break, Joni Jouhkimainen had check-called a bet worth 150,000 by Maximilian Klostermeier on the turn and checked the river. Klostermeier bet 325,000 and the Finn reluctantly folded.
When they came back from the break, Jouhkimainen asked his opponent whether or not he would have called if he had jammed and Klostermeier shook his head.
Klostermeier remained active and raised from under the gun to get called by Ermanno Di Nicola and Jouhkimainen out of the small blind. On the flop, Klostermeier continued for 90,000 and Di Nocola on the button was the only caller. The fell on the turn and another bet worth 250,000 by Klostermeier was called.
Both checked the river and Klostermeier tabled as the winning hand.
