According to Shawn Stroke, Tomaz Kogovsek had opened and was called by Krasimir Yankov on the button and Claus Carlsen in the big blind. On the {10-Spades}{3-Spades}{3-Diamonds} flop, Carlsen check-raised to 50,000 when Kogovsek bet 16,000 and Yankov called.

Only Yankov came along to the {4-Diamonds} turn on which Carlsen bet the full pot for 154,000. This time, Yankov tank-folded to forfeit the pot.

No-Limit Hold'em

In a preflop raising war, Narcis Nedelcu and Jonathan Abdellatif got their chips in with near identical stack sizes and it was the most classic of flips that unfolded.

Narcis Nedelcu: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}
Jonathan Abdellatif: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

The pocket pair held strong on the {10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{q-Hearts} board and Nedelcu doubled for 227,500. Abdellatif was left with a mere 15,500 and busted the next hand against the ace-king of Antonio Crocetta.

Also no longer in the mix is Mario Llapi, who started second in chips. His former table has seen Andriy Lyubovetskiy rise to half a million in chips.
