Mifek Gets a Fold

Level 9 : 400/800, 800 ante

Mark Berman raised to 2,000 from the button and Nir Amar called from the small blind. Petr Mifek three-bet to 7,200 from the big blind and Berman folded but Amar stuck around with a call.

A flop reading {q-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} was dealt and checked through to the {k-Clubs} turn. Amar checked once more but Mifek threw in a bet of 12,000. Amar went deep into the tank, staring at his opponent, then chose to let it go.

Ludovic Sultan takes a big hit

A raise to 6,000 was called by Rudolf Eberle in the small blind and Sebastien Soardi and Josef Gulas then shoved for 40,600 from early position. Ludovic Sultan moved all in and Eberle eventually called, Soardi then folded.

Josef Gulas: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

Rudolf Eberle: {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}

The board came {9-Spades}{2-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{5-Spades}{6-Hearts} and the tens held up for Eberle to double for 61,400 and send Gulas to the rail.

Stankic Doubles Through Hecht

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

The flop was reading {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} and there was about 9,000 in the middle when Walter Pflueger checked from the small blind. Eyal Hecht moved all in from the big blind for about 16,000 and Michael Daubner, in middle position, thought for a long while, then let it go. Domin Stankic called for less from the cutoff and Pflueger gave up his hand.

Domin Stankic: {a-Diamonds}{7-Spades}
Eyal Hecht: {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

Hecht had a straight flush draw but Stankic had a pair of aces. The {5-Hearts} turn and {2-Spades} river filled up the board and Stankic won the pot, leaving Hecht with 2,200.
