Vogelsang Jams Into Mateos

Level 17 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Over on the outer table the action recommenced slow with two limped pots. Then, Adrian Mateos raised it up to 900,000 in the small blind and Christoph Vogelsang called in the big blind. On the {A-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{5-Spades} flop, Mateos checked and called a bet of 600,000 by Vogelsang.

The Spaniard also checked the {A-Diamonds} turn and Vogelsang now made it 1,425,000 to go, Mateos called. On the {2-Diamonds} river, Mateos checked the third street in a row and Vogelsang moved all in for effectively 4,500,000. Mateos shook his head, gave it half a minute and sent his cards into the muck.
