Sterner Gets Short

Level 25 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Quan Zhou raised to 115,000 with the {A-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and Ilya Bulychev called with the {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{5-Spades}. The flop came the {A-Spades}{5-Hearts}{2-Clubs} and a bet of Zhou won the pot without resistance.

Bulychev limped in the next hand with {A-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{7-Clubs} and Zhou checked with {10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{5-Spades}{3-Diamonds}. The {K-Hearts}{6-Spades}{6-Diamonds} flop was checked to Zhou, he bet 55,000 and Bulychev folded.

Anson Tsang raised it up to 130,000 with the {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{K-Spades}{8-Diamonds} in the cutoff and Ludvig Sterner called with {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs}. The flop of {K-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Spades} gave Tsang top pair, top kicker and the nut flush draw. Sterner checked with nine big blinds behind and Tsang bet 90,000, which was enough to force a fold from his opponent.
