Hand #132: Hofmann's raise to 350,000 was called by Hoekendijk and the Dutchman check-called a bet of 400,000 on the flop. Hoekendijk then bet the turn for 500,000 to pick up a call before forcing a fold on the river with another bet of 500,000.
